Used before the war as a Reading Room for the villagers and estate workers, the newspapers were provided, the village shop in the late 1930s, then a workshop and a store room for the church. The cottage has been lovingly converted from a former bookshop into a contemporary, centrally located holiday home with easy access to Weymouth harbour. Perfectly suited for two couples or a family, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a parking permit to for one car which provides free parking on street outside the cottage, or in a nearby car park. Dog friendly!

Courage Cottage is a two bedroom detached barn conversion in a Georgian farmyard.The barn was converted in 2013 so has all modern conveniences including underfloor heating. It is very individual and situated in a quiet , rural setting. It has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The village of Martinstown has an excellent pub and shop. Beautiful harbourside cottage with fantastic outlook onto Weymouth harbour. This two bedroom cottage is delightfully decorated and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen is really well equipped & there is a washer dryer. The dining area (ground floor) is great for an evening meal & there is a view of the harbour from many of the rooms. The lounge has amazing views of the harbour and is located on the first floor along with the twin bedroom and main bathroom.
