Easy access to Goodwood is an added bonus for those motor or horse racing fans. An array of pubs can be found within easy reach, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by our wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

Set off on foot or bicycle straight from the front door to enjoy forest walks and quiet lanes with views to the Isle of Wight and the Solent.

There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.

Both easily reached by car, or buses which run through the village.
