I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

Amazing and Pleasant stay, Ambience and vibe was too good, All the amenities were provided as mentioned, it was exactly like in pictures, Relaxed place and Pool is a another plus point. Everything about this place feels like home. The vibe is peaceful, calm and relaxing. The surroundings consist of tropical trees and a quiet neighborhood; away from the bustling energy of most Goa - all of which makes the stay unique. The location is very easy to find and the check-in was smooth. The decor and amenities are up to the point! The entire stay is uniquely aesthetic. The balcony is also perfectly designed with comfortable seating where I enjoyed my tea times. Brownie points for it! Overall the stay is very well managed by the host who is ready to help and respond at any given time. This stay feels like home away from home <3

We had a great 3-day stay at this Airbnb. The ambience was warm and inviting, and the place was very clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, with everything we needed close by. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing time here during our stay. The place is very unique and pretty, each amenity is well maintained and surprisingly automated. The decor is to die for. The house is full of innovative features and the view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Additionally, the hosts are very kind and responsive. It’s very cute that everywhere instructions are well written or there is a scanner to explain them. Overall stay was very lovely, definitely book this if you love unique airbnbs and experiences :)

Jay's place was well maintained and really cozy. The location is very good, but the small details and instructions that he left in for us were really sweet.

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

I would start first from the check-in. Host provided early check-in as property was available. Care taker Ricolin was available based on our call to him. Property is nice, silent place, properly maintained, walkable distance to beach as mentioned on Airbnb. Excellent place for vacation for a large family or group of family and friends. 1 AC was not working when we arrived so reported to host and caretaker and immediately they got it repaired. Good support from both. Swimming pool is small in size and shared between 2 Villas but properly maintained. Only a small family can use it at a time. Very good open space and balcony to be utilised for drinking and smoking. Sofa placed in the balcony could have been cleaned. We didn't used balcony as outside open space was well enough. Care taker Ricolin provided all the support and arranged rent bike at the property itself for us. Overall a very good stay we friends enjoyed here. Thanks to host Indrajit and Care taker Ricolin.

We had a great stay and Patricia a great host. The place is in a great location accessible to restaurants, beach and shopping. The host communicated through out our stay. Would highly recommend the place for a peaceful holiday

We took up residence at Kenneth's home during the week before my wedding. His home was the perfect HQ for my family to rest after the long hours of wedding preparations and he was ever helpful in taking care of our every needs. The home was fully stocked with needed amenities and the stay was very pleasant.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing — fresh, delicious, and made with care. One of the most special parts of the stay was being invited to visit the dog care center and joining a yoga session with Priti. She is such a lovely, thoughtful person who made us feel completely at home. This place is not only beautiful but also perfect if you’re looking to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy some mindful moments. The peaceful atmosphere and special energy made this a truly valuable and memorable experience. Can’t recommend it highly enough — thank you, Priti!

Awesome experience flat was neat and clean on arrival host really helped us out to make a smooth checkin, we stayed for 7 days and no disturbance was from the owner. Apartment is a bit far from main city, but you can always use GoaMiles app for travel by cab. There are some real network issues in the apartment but nevermind until and unless you plan to move permanent. WiFi will come to your rescue..!! You can always order from swiggy for food. Grocery and liquor shops are just walking distance. Stay was value for money.

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

This Place is a Gem for group of friends or a Family. Spacious 2bhk Apartment well managed, clean and as good as shown in photos. Its A Luxury at cost of budget. Tarunpreet is a great host always active & responsive. She sorts everything you need to ease your vacation. Safety is well managed with security active 24hours. Definitely will be visiting again.
