El alojamiento resultó ser todo lo que esperaba, cuenta con los servicios que ofrece, además, se encuentra en una zona accesible para visitar sitios turísticos que así se requiera. El anfitrión fue muy amable y nos orientó acerca de las actividades, sitios turísticos, que podríamos visitar. Fue una estancia muy agradable, nos sentimos como en casa. Recomendado al 100 %.

Muy lindos y amplios apartamentos. Además, Roberto es un anfitrión muy amable y siempre pendiente. En cuanto a la ubicación, tiene ventajas (la tranquilidad y el entorno verde) y desventajas (para llegar al centro, son 10-15 minutos en taxi o combi). Me parece ideal para nómadas digitales que se quedan en San Cristóbal por varias semanas o varios meses. En resumen, me gustó mucho el lugar y pienso quedarme aquí nuevamente en otra oportunidad.

We enjoyed staying at Lesther's apartment. It was very close to the bus station and other terminals for transportation to various places. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would stay there again.

Alojamiento en un fraccionamiento residencial privado, por lo que siempre había control de acceso. Zona cercana a sitios de interés de la ciudad sector norponiente. Muy buena actitud de servicio del anfitrión. Todo en el alojamiento estaba limpio y funcionando. Volvería a alojarme ahí o en otro lugar que administre este anfitrión.

We stayed here for two months, April and May. The best thing about this apartment is the beautiful view of San Cristobal and the surrounding mountains from the terrace. The wonderful host, Luis, who lives on the premises, was educated and well-traveled, and we enjoyed talking with him about the different places we had both been in the world. He was also always immediately responsive to any issues we might have. We have lived all over the world since leaving the US 20 months ago, and the kitchen was quite large and, hands down, the best we have had anywhere. Also, we thought the beds were very comfortable. And the property also has its own washer and dryer. The house is divided into several Airbnb rentals. It is pretty walkable to El Centro and the Guadalupe Walking Street—about a 15 to 20-minute walk. In addition, there are restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and an OXXO close by. The park is about a half-block away, and it is easy and inexpensive to get a taxi from there to anywhere in San Cristobal. The downside would be the same as everywhere in Mexico that we have been—noise, although the internet (usually a problem) was actually pretty good here, and compared to other places we have been in Mexico, we really couldn’t complain much. The street has a fair amount of traffic, but we didn’t hear a lot of dogs barking, which is usually a big problem for us in Mexico; however, we did hear firecrackers—sometimes because of people celebrating a particular holiday. We never felt unsafe, especially walking at night, but we always stayed on the main streets in the main areas.

This is my third time staying in Casas del Lluvia and I'll be back! I love staying outside of the city, I need the peace of the mountains, the birds, the sunlight streaming in through the morning windows. It's about a 10 minute walk down to the main highway where you can hop in a taxi (50-70 pesos) or collectivo (10 pesos) to town (or you can get to bario Guadelupe by going up and over the hill avoiding the highway and the traffic) Vic, who takes care of the property, is a gem, always responsive and ready to help in any way he can with a smile. Daniella is as well - always responsive, friendly, welcoming. The apartments are beautiful - clean, spacious, artistic. The kitchen is great for cooking at home, and there's a shared patio that's lovely for a morning coffee or evening cocktail. It's also a wonderful place to work, high speed internet (Starlink) and a good desk. My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer this year. One of my all time favorite places on the planet!

Barry’s place is absolutely beautiful! The architecture is stunning, with an open and spacious layout that makes it feel so relaxing. There are plants everywhere, which adds such a cozy and natural vibe. Both beds are incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Barry and Maria were excellent at communication—very prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The house is about a 20-minute walk from the main city center, with the last 5 minutes being a bit uphill, but the peaceful surroundings and charm of the place make it well worth it. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here!

Arely actively communicated with us during our stay and was fast to respond with our inquiries. We loved how we felt at home and her listing is ideal for a private comfortable stay for a big group of friends. Would recommend you have transportation in place for convenience, even though there is the option for taxis near the neighborhood. Overall, I would recommend you book this listing !

El alojamiento fue muy cálido, súper cómodo, limpio, incluso elegante y moderno. Muy bien equipado con lo necesario. Juan Carlos estuvo siempre al pendiente de los mensajes y cualquier duda nos respondía. Y el carrito de snacks nos pareció una excelente idea, los precios muy accesibles! Lo disfrutamos mucho !!!

Todo muy bien, la casa está muy cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy agradables y tranquilos

No cabe duda que excelente ubicación y todos los servicios hicieron que nos sintieramos como en nuestro hogar,(cerca están algunos locales de comida y un mercadito) si volvemos a viajar,no duraríamos en quedarnos de nuevo en ese bello lugar,en el cual disfrutamos cocinar en familia y hasta asar cortes, gracias Rober por hacernos la estadía más fácil y ser buen anfitrión,más bendiciones (no duden en reservar con el)

We were enchanted by the pictured views and decided to splurge on this huge place for a few nights. It was a great experience all around. Well appointed kitchen(s) comfortable beds, bottled water, a modern washer and dryer and plenty of hot water.

the house was very Nice , he was available with sevices and helped us get around . but there are cameras inside the Home which Made me feel like i might be invaded into with conversations. a little pricey compared to other local places not listed on Airbnb. but over allí place was súper Nice and clean .

Jednego tylko nie przewidziałam przyjeżdżając z Palenque, W domu jest chłodno! To jednak 2100 n.p.m. i temperatura 14 st Celsjusza nieprzyjemnie mnie zaskoczyła! Poza tym to wspaniałe miejsce na odpoczynek od tętniącego życiem centrum San Christobal! Jest pralką z suszarką!!! Gorący prysznic i wygodne łóżko! Widok z okien na las i góry!

Excelente ubicación cerca de la plaza principal, comercio, restaurantes , y lugares de interés, lugar limpio y ordenado, buena atención departe de los anfitriones, me volvería hospedar nuevamente sin dudarlo.

Muy buen alojamiento si necesitas pasar la noche en Tuxtla y tienes mascotas. Está muy cerca de vías principales así que tiene salida fácil hacia varios sitios. El estacionamiento es un poco estrecho. La zona no es preciosa pero esta cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. Los aires acondicionados funcionan súper y el espacio es amplio. Los anfitriones responden muy bien y las instrucciones de llegada son muy claras. Recomendable.
