Great stay! The house was clean when we check in, located in a quiet and safe area. Loved the easy check in and good communication from the host. Would definitely stay again!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec nos 4 enfants chez Am. La maison est très agréable et très bien placée. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos deux jours, de la ville et du saturday night market. Je recommande vivement.

We had a great time! Everything was perfect. The location is quiet and walking distance to many things. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the unit had everything we needed.

Noey and Kratai are very attentive, responsive and speedy reply. Clear instruction is given and always fulfil our request. 5 rooms with 5 toilets are great! Save time for preparation of 8 pax.

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

This place is perfect for a big family with kids. The place was big enough for the kids to run around and the rooms were comfy. Air conditioning was great as well which was important for Chiangmai’s hot weather. A huge shout out to Oar for helping us with multiple requests for massage. She was always responsive and the welcome dinner was great as well. Our family of 10 all enjoyed the stay there!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our host, Lalin, and share our experience here. This was actually my second stay in this stunning and artistically designed villa. The community surrounding it was just as tranquil and peaceful as when I visited last time. Originally, we had planned to stay for six nights, but unfortunately, we encountered a rather serious flooding situation that compelled us to move to a different area. Couldn't stay here longer . The host, Lalin, proactively communicated with me to alter the reservation and suggested checking out a few days earlier. If it hadn't been for her timely intervention, I would have been trapped in the flooding and unable to make it to the airport (as taxis were unable to access the area on the following day). Lalin recommended another area in location unaffected by the flooding, and as a result, everything went incredibly smoothly. I am immensely grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her as a host.

Peaceful, rural location. Great restaurants with in short driving distance and provisions shop for essentials within walking distance. Our son loved the pool to cool off after our daily outings. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Carsten. A nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

Nice location and great host. They provide everything we needs and they are very flexible. We were on our family vacation and this place felt like home.

Ik heb het 2 maanden uitstekend naar mijn zin gehad; volledig uitgeruste keuken, alles aanwezig om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Drinkwater wordt op bestelling bezorgd voor een bizar lage prijs. Wasmachines en droger op de begane grond, maar ik ging naar een laundry shop om de hoek. Achter het gebouw, van de grote weg af, ligt een leuke typisch Thaise wijk waar ik heerlijk door de kronkelige straatjes gewandeld heb

В целом - отдых прошел хорошо. Были незначительные проблемы, но они есть практически везде. 1. Кухня удобная, но не хватает современной посуды и сантехники и горячей воды (только для кухни) - жирная пища плохо смывается едва теплой водой. 2. Горячая вода есть, напор воды слабоват, сантехника устарела. 3. Интернет достаточно быстрый, ~300 мбит/с 4. Телевизор - отличный. 5. Кондиционеры охлаждают очень хорошо. 6. Стиральная машина работает хорошо. 7. Не хватает мест для развешивания постельного белья. 8. 7/11 далеко, 20-30 минут пешком, по пути собаки, могут напугать. 9. В конце отдыха поблизости началась стройка - очень шумели по утрам ( это временно, разумеется) 10. По соседству домашнее хозяйство с петухами - они могут сильно потрепать нервы, когда хочется спокойно выспаться.

I was lucky to have enjoyed the Mushroom House for two months, and I was sad to leave. Both host and associated family were wonderful , friendly and accommodating, and I will miss them. The house itself is qwerky, comfortable and private. If you are looking for something different then make sure you book it.

I have stayed here many times and this time again I am impressed. The location is very good, the house is clean, the owner is very helpful, replies to messages very quickly, the convenience of a mini mart is just in front of the house, you can walk there. Thank you, I will stay again if I come to Chiang Mai.

아트팜에서 휴가를 보내려고 일년만에 빠이에 다시 돌아왔습니다. 맥주를 마시며 태닝을 하고, 심심하면 책을 읽거나, 그림을 그리거나, 뜨개질을 하기도 하고, 거북이가 산책하는 것을 구경하기도 해요. 그리고 카페에는 언제나 맛있는 커피와 음식이 있어요. 프라이버시가 존중되고 안전하며 사랑스럽고 평화로운 곳입니다.

Our stay at Youdin Kindee was the best we had in Thailand, so far. The wonderful host, Ranee and her son Titan, as well as Jo the smiley house keeper made us feel right at home from the first moment. They were super friendly, helpful and just lovely people in general. The art and adobe buildings are beautiful and inspiring, as is the amazing surrounding view. The children learned to fish, feed the animals and were free to roam the grounds and play, swim in the pool and just enjoy. Lastly, Youdin Kindee was a wonderful place for a much needed rest and healing time from Chiang Mai city. We appreciate the farm so much! And will forever cherish our experience there. The house is located in the village next to the road. This is the first time my parents and I have come to Chiang Mai and we are looking forward to this journey❤️Tatum was kind enough to answer questions and recommend places to go around! Tatum found out that my father is a chef from China and recommende..As our family of three stayed in the house, it was great that the house had a children's room that met my staying needs, as well as having two bathrooms and a large fridge!🤩On the day we arrived in Chiang Mai, Tatum also helped us contact a motorcycle dealer! Thank you very much! If the next time my family has the opportunity to return to Chiang Mai, I will not hesitate to stay at Tatum's house!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
