Le premier, un studio avec lit en mezzanine Le 2éme un T3 :2 chambres, 1 canapé convertible et 1 lit escamotable. et le 3émé le T2 :1 chambre, un canapé lit très confortable et un lit évolutif enfant. Le T3 a été équipé pour tous vous réunir avec une table de salon de 1,60m idéale pour les apéro dinatoire et 2 tables (intérieure et extérieure)pour 12 convives. Et le soir venue vous pouvez retrouvez votre intimité.

Commerces accessibles à pied. Nous vivons dans le même bâtiment avec notre fils. Garage à vélos. Atelier transformation Cacao et dégustation de Rhums sur réservation 25€/pers.

Le gîte : la Séguinette Un lieu vivant, rafraîchissant où coule un cour d'eau abritant grenouilles , martins pêcheurs etc...vous disposerez de la piscine de vos hôtes (juin à mi septembre)les heures d'accès entre 15 h 30 et 18 h 30 . plancha et salon de jardin seront à votre disposition . situé à 12 km de saintes qui est traversée par la Charente dans la Saintonge . A 1 heure de l'océan atlantique(la Rochelle, Royan , la Palmyre, Île d'Oléron) et prés de Cognac dans les terres charentaises.

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions.
