Your stay includes full access to the grounds and dock and you are welcome to tie up a boat if you bring one.

Welcome to RVA! My place is steps away from the James, a great place to wade & wander. Trails are plentiful, and downtown is a swift Uber away (or you could actually walk it if you feel like a trek). Perfect for shows happening on Brown’s Island . I’m RVA born & raised, a local writer who would love to introduce you to your next favorite band, resto, or brewery! This house/space comes with a gaggle of dogs (3), so a sense of humor and tolerance required. I’ll make you coffee, possibly biscuits.

And our 3 horses walk the property’s perimeter within their track. Our home is yours! (But the horses are not to be touched - only admired!)

Overlooking a private pond for canoeing, fishing or stargazing, this property has all the charm of a vintage log cabin but with modern amenities like a fully stocked kitchen, cozy loft for sleeping, and a luxurious bathroom with an oversized shower, complete with plush robes for two.
