Everything was excellent! The house was very clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely come back or recommend it to others.

This place was beautiful. The pinocle of relaxation; from the hot tub to the claw foot bath, this bathroom is it. We woke up in the morning to a gorgeous view. The coffee they have on stock hit the spot. My husband will now be installing a bidet at our house! We would love to come back in warmer weather!

Wonderful place, cozy and well furnished. Jeff's instructions were concise and helpful, and the amenities like the hot tub, pool table, and TV were wonderful ways to pass the time.

We were 2 couples with 2 toddlers and we truly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, accommodations great, and communication timely. Will be back!

A beautiful home in an amazing setting. The house is wonderfully appointed inside and out. The beds are comfy and the entire place was squeaky clean. The kitchen had everything I needed. Outside, there are three amazing places to relax in nature. First, the house has an amazing deck with a hot tub, a table and chairs, couch and a grill. At the rear of the yard, the second seating area is under a canopy of large trees. Here, you can sit around a fire pit. I was joined by a fox and a group of deer one morning. If this wasn’t enough, the property continues down a path to a private dock right on the water. This is a peaceful place to unwind at any time of the day. I cannot say enough about this amazing property. The property is only matched by the amazing hosts. They were super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home with fantastic amenities. As the house is located just a short drive from downtown Richmond right off of the James River, it truly is a perfect hybrid for those who want to pursue both city excursions and outdoor adventures. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Convenient location, very nice to have parking in a garage. Close to everything but a quiet space.

Very responsive hosts from check in to check out. Meeting to help with check in was a lovely touch and was really helpful for understanding the parking garage as well as keys, gym, trash, etc. The place is perfectly located downtown and it was easy to go for a run or dinner right from the location. The Hilton lobby is an added bonus with live music on some nights and the theater nearby has great shows!

Lovely home where we could spend the Easter weekend with family. Close to lots of amenities. Highly recommended
