Welcome to The Annex @14, a newly renovated ground floor property and great base for exploring historic Dorset and a perfect getaway for two! Self-contained with its own private entrance .The annex is attached to our home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Crossways near Dorchester. There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

Private Guest Suite in Sutton Poyntz + own parking

We are a Modern Stone built cottage in beautiful village. Private secure gated parking for 2 guest cars. We love our local pub The Springhead which is 1 minute walk away, set around a duck pond with willow trees. There are numerous country and coastal walks nearby and we welcome dogs. We live upstairs but you are completely separate to us and left alone. There is 2 large bedrooms a kitchen equipped with small mini oven and microwave, bathroom inc bath and shower and comfortable lounge.

Garden View Annexe near West Bay, Bridport.

Our light bright garden view annexe is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Jurassic coastline has to offer. The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

A spacious and tranquil place to stay

A quiet, private space in the heart of a Dorset village, close to the Jurassic Coast. The recently-built Sika Lodge is set within the garden of a larger late Georgian property. It has a private entrance and accommodation on two floors. Durdle Door, Lulworth, Corfe Castle, Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum and Dorchester are all a short drive away, and are perfect for walking, fossil-hunting, shopping and eating out. Less than 5 minutes walk to mainline train station and bus routes.

The Coach House

This unique place has a style all its own. The Coach House is a perfect getaway for romantic breaks or simply a place to relax and escape a busy schedule. Be it for work or pleasure, your stay will be one to remember, with secure parking, a garden view and the additional benefit of being walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Private entrance from village lane into property. In the heart of the Bride Valley so perfect for all year round walkers and nature lovers. Jurassic Coast 5 miles away. One of the richest areas in the UK for hill forts and ancient earthworks. Very houseproud so regrettably no pets and no smokers.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

The Ringstead Suite

This unique suite with it's own private stairway from the floral garden leading to your own private balcony is a perfect base looking onto the Jurassic Coast above Ringstead Bay. Above the property is the inner coastal path and Ridgeway walks. Nearby is beach access at Ringstead Bay and Osmington Mills. The suite comprises a cosy lounge area, shower room and toilet, hallway with boot and coat cupboard and luxurious bedroom with Purbeck Stone wall overlooking the garden.

Carlton Guest Suites - Weymouth

This self contained guest suite located in Weymouth has its own entrance. One room with a small kitchenette and a separate bathroom. Though totally separate, it is attached to our house and there is a lock box at your front door for you to collect and return your key. It has it's own allocated parking spot on our drive at the front of the house. We are minutes away from the beach and are close to town and amenities!

Self Contained Annexe Minutes From Montacute House

Situated on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Montacute. We are blessed to have the Elizabethan Montacute House of Wolf Hall fame which is considered a masterpiece of Renaissance architecture. The house’s long gallery is the longest of its kind in England and displays Tudor and Elizabethan portraits loaned by the National Portrait Gallery.
