Fabulous house, beautiful surroundings and well equipped. It was so easy to get to the beach and buses to Bournemouth were close by. Sitting in the garden was so peaceful and it was a great venue to celebrate a special birthday for one of us! Our only issue was that we didn't stay longer but we will be back. Thank you Louise.

Lovely house with the added bonus of a parking space. The house was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. It was very well stocked with everything you could want and it's a very easy short walk to the beach. I absolutely would recommend this.

Perfect location if you want access to all the local walks and right on the beach, Lovely clean and tidy equipped with everything we needed, ideal for family’s with young children, single beds a bit small for adults, but I managed for a few nights, local pub does great Sunday roast Staff in the cafe and hotel very welcoming and helpfuli would recommend and will visit again in the future Thankyou Peter & Francis

We had a fabulous few days here over the New Year, and would definitely love to return! The perfect spot for some fresh sea air and lovely walks, and a super comfy and cosy house, we loved it, thank you!!

Really enjoyed ourselves. The weather was good. Anyone we had dealings on the site was very friendly and helpful. We'd stay again. The dogs lived it!

booked Dave & Emma's place for my husbands 60th birthday weekend. there was 12 of us, all family with 3 children amongst the group with the youngest being 4 years old. the accommodation had everything you could wish for with the kids and adults alike all making use of the games room, bikes and kayakes. the park and beach were literally opposite the house, so was a great location and the weather was brilliant. we also made use of the hot tub, which was very popular.

Really lovely house - nicely decorated and very clean, with great facilities. The location is a tiny bit out of the main centre, near the harbour, but this just means it was quiet and the harbour is probably one of the nicest part of Weymouth anyway. Communication was great. There are no curtains in the bedrooms and the front of the house gets a lot of sun (which is lovely!) - so could be an issue for light sleepers.

Lovely place absolutely perfect for our needs. Lovely 5 burner hob which came in very handy when the area had a power cut 12 -5 Christmas Day when we were trying to cook dinner for 20 people. Very detailed instructions both before stay and in the folder left in the house.

Chantalle always responded quickly & helpfully to any questions asked. A brand new kitchen/ diner had been installed which we spent all our time in when we weren't in the pool, resting on the many sun loungers or chilling out around the large outdoor table in the outdoor kitchen. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and we had a great family holiday.

Clean, cosy and comfortable and still feels new. Good shower and comfy beds (although my 5’6 son said the single bed was a bit short and narrow for him - the only issue as everything else was perfect). The holiday park is quiet and well maintained, we enjoyed the heated pool and dog walking area around the fishing lake. The pygmy goats are so cute!

Lovely cottage for a wholesome weekend away - beautiful house that worked perfectly and is walking distance to some nice pubs!

Amazing as always! So much to do with our daughter and we felt right at home as we did last year. Abi as always is an amazing host and extremely responsive. The lodge was warm and felt just like home. The beach, activities and restaurants were great. Thanks you Abi 😄

Lovely stay in stunning Ladram Bay. Beautiful walks in the area and close to a picture perfect Devon village with a pub and tea rooms.

Fab host, gave us clear instructions and local recommendations. Equipped enough to get us rolling. Great area, and not too loud even during school holidays. Beautiful part of the world. Thank you. ☺️

What a lovely little get away we had. Great location, great host who was friendly and got back to us straight away. We were literally a 4 minute drive from Charmouth beach. When we arrived we noticed there were a lot of nice personal touches that made it feel very homely. It was clean, quiet and overall a great place to stay in a beautiful part of the country. Thanks a lot. We hope to be there again 🙂 I would highly recommend this host if you want a stress free experience for your holiday.

Great location, close to the central complex, clean and well kept caravan, will stay again

This is our second stay and it was as lovely as our first. Everything was as per the listing and clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back again.

We had such a wonderful time away. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. We are big foodies who like to cook and the kitchen was a home from home with all the equipment we needed. The setting of the house is stunning and includes a spectacular walk down to the beach. Caroline was so friendly, we really appreciated the food package on arrival, and that she dropped by to say hello. It was a very homely and warm place to visit. We hope to be back soon! Tom’s place is so lovely. Our family had a great stay at his place. It was a short walk to the beach, which was an added bonus. Plenty of room, very clean and just as described. We would definitely stay again!

We have just returned from a relaxing 3 days over New Year 2024 to 2025. Ideal size for 3 couples with a bathroom for each couple. Living area was great with a nice modern open plan kitchen living and dining area. Cooking facilities were very good with modern appliances which made catering for our group very easy. Main fridge freezer was complemented by a separate wine cooler All the bedrooms were of a good size as were the beds with the exception of the double in the 3rd bedroom which felt small ( we have a super king at home so it may have just been an adjustment to that ) We stayed close to the house and ate at the Lake Yard which is 5 mins walk away. Whilst it is a members club we were able to book a meal which was subject to a 20% non members price increase. We ate at The Yachtsman on NYE. Luke the host was very responsive and helpful answering any queries quicker than advised and we all appreciated the welcome basket. Good trip had by all

Such a fantastic stay. Location was great - 15 min walk to the beach, a short drive from Durlston National Park and 30 min drive from Durdle Door Beach. The host was so lovely and welcomed us earlier than our check in. Really clean house and looked just like the photos. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Swanage.

My husband and I plus our small dog stayed for a week late April. 1st visit to Dorset we planned it to be our base to explore the area. We had fantastic weather and were able to achieve everything on our to do list. Location of the property easy to find and ideal for accessing road networks. The house was well presented and had everything we needed for a week, and the little welcome gifts for us and our dog were much appreciated as was access to Netflix on TV to relax after a busy day. The area is peaceful, supermarkets only a short drive away, Cobbs Quay marina restaurant and Red Lion pub within walking distance to eat and dog friendly - Red Lion can get really busy. Hao Wok do a great Chinese takeaway. We met all of our neighbours who were lovely, in fact all people in Dorset are really friendly! A really dog friendly county, we met many dog owners locally to the property when walking our dog in the mornings and evenings along the paths and grassy areas. A great holiday thank you.
