A private, self contained Studio with private drive, parking & key box admission. The spacious living room is light and airy with sofa & sofa bed, large Smart TV (with full Sky package), kitchenette and shower room. Running machine & fitness weights are available. Stairs lead to a mezzanine floor with Queen sized bed, work-space table & chair, chest of draws, hanging rails & floor length mirror. Non smoking. Quiet location with commutable links via road or rail. Owners available on site.

The property itself is a charming detached 2-bedroom bungalow with front and back gardens. We can comfortably accommodate 6 guests (as there is a sofa bed in the lounge). The property is nestled on a lovely street in a rural village called Cuffley in Hertfordshire. There are some impressive restaurants and cafes in Cuffley itself within a few minutes’ walk and a pub, the Plough, at the top of the road running behind the property. If, however, London is more your style, it is only 30mins away.
