I would definitely recommend John’s place for a visit to Hebden Bridge! Conveniently close to the train station, the house is in peaceful surroundings with beautiful views. The place is very spacious. Kitchen was spotless, beds were really comfortable, and John left a kind welcome pack of breakfast ingredients, fruit and snacks. There’s also lots of useful info about the area, including walks, restaurants and pubs.

Ian and Fiona were very accommodating and welcoming! All communication and provided information was excellent! 😊 The Old Stables is a beautiful house, and the room with the bathroom upstairs is very clean and comfortable. The place is in a perfect location for all kinds of activities: hiking, walking, cycling, mountain biking, etc. - a great place! Highly recommended, and we hope to return! 😊

Lovely property which was an ideal base for a visit to Denbighshire. Short drive into St Asaph and 10 min drive to Denbigh, a fascinating town with loads of history. Parking and access was easy. Beautifully furnished and plenty of space to relax. Will definitely visit again if in the area. Ideal for anyone visiting the Business Park or working in the area.

A great stay for a family trip to Aintree Grand National. Parking was easy on the street outside the property. The bedrooms were clean and well equipped with everything you need including nice towels, kettle/tea/coffee, hairdryer, hangers, TV. The communal kitchen was clean, modern and well equipped, it was also a lovely touch to have plenty of milk and breakfast items. The communal bathroom had plenty of clean towels available and a nice hot, clean shower in both the communal and ensuite bathroom (room 1). There is also a separate communal toilet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it a great location (walking distance) from Aintree Racecourse. I would recommend staying here. Thank you!

Return visit to Alison's place, for another great Loopfest music festival. Highly recommended! Two other guests, interesting people, in Shrewsbury for totally different events - so many reasons to visit Shrewsbury and surrounds, and Alison's is a great place to stay whatever your reason. She's a wonderful host.

We booked Valentines night away for a well earned rest. Anna’s cottage is absolutely delightful. Decorated and furnished to the highest of standards. Our sat nav took us straight to the property, and we parked right outside. Beautiful log fire, very comfortable sofa bed, with huge footstool. Fully equipped kitchen and shower. Anna has thought of the smallest of details including soaps, fluffy towels, logs for the fire, fluffy slippers, milk, sugar to mention but a few! We would highly recommend staying at Anna’s cosey cottage and even more so the breakfast in the basket was the best ever! Highly recommend and will return when we can. Thank you Anna! 5⭐️

I booked this for my disabled brother, his disabled friend and a carer. Very modern with really comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Perfect location to visit all the amenities in Blackpool and far enough away to relax after a busy day sightseeing. They can’t wait to go back next year!

Lovely weekend stay in Harrogate - perfect location to walk to the centre and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and cosy, and it was very helpful having the parking permit to park directly out the front. Would highly recommend for any couple wanting to visit Harrogate for a few days.

This was the third time we stayed in Martin and Carmens lovely apartment while our son is studying at the university. It’s such a comfortable and well appointed place within easy reach of Leeds city centre but very quiet and peaceful.

We loved staying at Jane & Andrew’s “cottage” as I’m calling it. It’s so much more than an apartment, it’s so spacious, beautiful and welcoming with a lovely courtyard at the back along with the hot tub. We didn’t visit the farm since my hubby has had hip & knee surgery recently and the uphill climb would have been too much for him but for sure we’ll be back and hopefully he’ll be fit enough to do it then. The local Sainsbury’s is just a 10 minute walk away so I would walk there and then take a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back with heavy groceries…like Guinness, lol The West End pub is also a 10 minute walk away and a cheap 3.50 quid Uber back too. We flew from Toronto to visit family in Wyke and adored staying in this gem of a place for a week. So peaceful and a perfect size for two adults. The owners’ Grandkids were just next door, so if you have a couple of kids there’s plenty of room for them too and I’m sure they’d all get along, but as just us two adults we had loads of room.

This is the second time we have stayed with Winston and we would stay again. The property is perfect for us. Close to transportation, shops and restaurants and perfectly outfitted with everything we need. You can also always count on either Winston or Liz to respond quickly if you have any questions or concerns.

5* Bed and Breakfast We're so glad to have found this place to spend 4 wonderful nights. We just wish we could have stayed for longer. Karen and Chris were warm and welcoming from the very beginning and took care in showing us around the property which is beautiful inside and out. The room was stunning and had everything you could ever need and the soft and plump furnishings didnt go amiss. Everything was perfect! After a long day of hiking we were able come back to an amazing power shower, a large cosy bed and relax for the night in the nice fluffy robes that were on offer. We were always welcomed with big smiles first thing in the morning and set up for the day ahead with a delicious breakfast. Karen and Chris were always so attentive and friendly which made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. We loved our morning chats with Karen, it felt like we had known her for years. We've found a little peace of paradise and we can't wait to visit again x

Good, easy clear communication regarding check-in etc. Lovely spacious house with a guest kitchen and dining room. Very close to central Shrewsbury. I was here for a week as I was working locally, and I will 100% book again whenever I'm in the area.

Excellent place to stay while exploring Grassington and beyond. Wonderful scenery, delicious breakfasts. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in the Yorkshire Dales. National park minutes away. Grassington House restaurant beautiful fine dining. Gentle stroll into Linton for mouth watering Sunday Roast. I would definitely recommend staying with Sian everyone was extremely welcoming 😊

Heather provided a warm, friendly welcome. Heather's rooms were spacious and prettily and peacefully decorated and had lovely, rural views from the windows. Heather was thoughtful in all the options she provided on the hospitality tray, not to mention the delicious home baked shortbread 😋. There was a good selection of breakfast items available, including lovely home made jam. We also opted for the extra cooked breakfast, which again was very tasty and very good value. Parking was easy and close. The bed was comfy and the rooms plenty warm enough with extra options if required. A lovely stay-Thanks😊

I spent a very enjoyable couple of days st Rachel’s. She was very helpful and made me feel at home. She told me about a location to visit which proved to be great. Fantastic breakfast and very flexible with the timing. A very comfortable bed with clean bedding. Highly recommended!

Andrea was an incredible host. So kind, helpful and warm, she made me feel right at home. She was also incredibly helpful on recommendations for things to do in the area. The space was lovely, cozy and quiet. I’d highly recommend.
