Audrey’s home is beautiful, unique and downright amazing- the sea is right outside your windows, the sunsets are awe inspiring, and the home and yard are welcoming and comfortable. It is close to the Wirral way walking path, but also handy to shops and restaurants. I hope we can come back to stay again!

Jordan’s property was everything we expected, my partner was glued to the revolving chair by the big window. The views from every aspect were excellent. Everything was well provided for our stay. The rooms were large and airy and the situation was great, perfect for walking along the estuary to Conway or Llandudno. We look forward to staying again if in the area.

Great location shops bars and restaurants easy to walk to great variety, good for golf courses nearby. Kenny was on hand to pass on recommendations very helpful

Alison was an amazing host, she was so flexible and kept us up to date through out our stay. Was so clean and you can see the sea from the front window.

Beautiful home and incredible view! We stayed for 3 nights but didn't want to leave. The house fit a lot of people very comfortably. Eleanor was responsive and very helpful. We can't wait to book again!

We all appreciated the decor and facilities offered in this lovely home just 5 minutes walk from the sea. The accommodation was as described. The kitchen/dining room was particularly welcoming with the large table and modern appliances. The welcome gifts were very much appreciated as was your willingness to let us get in early. We would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

We had a great stay at Sam’s place. Well equipped house with everything you needed. Would have been a bonus if there was some garden furniture to enjoy the garden. Communication was great throughout the stay.

Clean well equipped apartment. Would definitely recommend. Close to shops, places to eat and drink. The beach was 5 mins walk away which was great for our dog. Public transport was 2 mins walk away and allowed us to explore other areas.

Absolutely amazing, Daniel was so kind and worked around what we requested and needed. It was our friends birthday and he’d even got us a cake and some fudge!! Caravan site was absolutely incredible and we loved every moment of our stay :)

A lovely spacious caravan that easily accommodated the 5 of us (3 kids). Emma is extremely friendly and responds to any questions I had extremely quickly, no matter how daft the question. The caravan was very clean and had all the little creature comforts so that it felt like out home away from home. Would definitely book with Emma again and I would recommend her to anyone. Amazing holiday, amazing host.

Lovely and clean caravan , everything you need inside , friendly host .plenty to do on site for kids and where the caravan is situated was quiet but near to shops and bars

We had a lovely couple of days at the caravan, the view was lovely. We really enjoyed the sunset and also watching how far the tide went out. As well as watching the ferries come in and go out again. The beds were really comfortable and the heating was easy to use. Having the large grassed area just outside was lovely for the child to run about on but within view. I would recommend for a family and those wanting a step back from the hustle and bustle.

We had a brilliant stay at the caravan. Detailed instructions on how to check in and easy to find on the site. When we got inside the caravan we were so impressed with how modern it was and also how well equipped the caravan was, even the little things like washing up liquid, salt & pepper & oil that usually we have to take with us when staying in other caravans. The place was so clean and homely. The caravan is situated close to the main part of the site but also lovely and quiet. I would highly recommend this caravan and the hosts were so attentive, checking that everything was okay with us when we there. Thank you so much!

Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

what a great air b&b . clean and tidy . we had an issue which was our right within hours. everything was explained in the texts we sent and received . can't rave to much about van, sie ,area and host. what a sea view.

The place was beautiful and very well taken care of. There was a coffee machine as well as a kettle and plenty of options for coffee and tea and milk. Lots of cups and kitchen utensils available as well as many toiletries. Overall the amenities were amazing and it is clear that Susan had thought of what the guests would need. Susan also provided recommendations and instructions that made it a lot easier to get around the city.

The most loveliest host, very accommodating. I really appreciate her hospitality and kindness, couldn’t have asked for anyone better

We stayed at Jonathan and Lindsay’s place for 3 days for our business trip in Blackpool:) The accommodation is spacious, cosy and wonderful! Everything we need is within reach and best of all we absolutely love the living area and the lovely kitchen, and it’s perfect for us to relax and have a good time together after a hard day’s work!! We had an issue accessing our previous air BnB that we had booked. I found this place and contacted the host Trevor to explain our situation and to ask if he could help. His place wasn’t quite ready for guests but he went round there and had it ready for us within an hour. Really went above and beyond to ensure that we weren’t left stranded. Very friendly service and a lovely find, the accommodation was perfect. Excellent service. We are very grateful that we found a great last minute booking with a lovely host. Thank you Trevor

Great place to stay in St Anne's, apartment was very comfortable, bright and clean, looks like the photos listed. Very easy to walk to town, train station and the beach, would definitely recommend!

Wow what can I say , not enough stars to rate this beautiful house . The view alone is spectacular, the house is fabulous , a lovely welcome pack plus the house is immaculate. So handy for all amenities and lovely walks along the promenade. I cannot recommend this house enough , I cannot imagine anybody not enjoying their stay there . Thank you Gill for your communications and for allowing us to stay . I am sure my family will want to stay again .

Jeremy was very helpful and provided everything we needed. We were a touch apprehensive about staying in someone else’s property however it was still very private and had our own entrance so wouldn’t even know anyone else was there. Would stay again.

The place was magical and knew I’d miss it before I even left. The location on the estuary is so dreamy. Walkable to Barmouth for supplies. The place felt incredibly private. Really enjoyed slowing down the pace of life and always pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view from the living room. Lovely bunch of flowers on arrival and plenty of logs for the wood burning stove.
