Really loved this place. Being right on the pond was really what I needed. We lucked out with the weather big time! Spent a day up north doing a road trip and then another day at the site. The site was gorgeous and I felt in heaven. Spent every night by the fire, cooking, and hanging out. Loved using the amenities like the canoe and hot tub. So nice and quiet and everyone we met was so friendly. Could not be more happy with this stay. Really sad leaving this morning.

We absolutely loved our stay at Barbara’s home! It was spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults and 1 child with no issue. The kitchen is well appointed, allowing us to cook meals throughout our stay. We had a small storm roll through, which dropped 5” of snow overnight (great for our next day on the mountain!), and we were thrilled to see that the driveway and walkway had been cleared prior to 7am. The bedrooms were comfortable and the view from the great room is truly stunning. Would love to stay here again! Thank you, Barbara!

Nilene’s home was exactly as listed. A new, spotless l, beautifully decorated home on a private lot overlooking a lake and waterfall. It was very peaceful. The home had everything you need but was clutter free. My kids and I were very comfortable. Nilene was also very responsive. I definitely recommend visiting her home and hope to return!

The house is exactly as advertised. All the amenities you’d want/need for a little vacation. The hot tub is great

Great spot for a weekend getaway. Janis was responsive and very kind throughout the stay. I’d definitely recommend for anyone who wants to explore the area and hike. Bonus for providing fresh eggs!

This was an amazing place to stay! Kathleen was incredibly responsive and helpful. I usually get flustered in unfamiliar areas, but this was a truly easy and luxurious lodging experience. Everything—from the atmosphere to the relaxing mini walk along your own path to the yurt—was beautiful. The outhouse was so well-designed it could have been its own Airbnb! My stepfather used to have one at his old cabin that looked straight out of medieval times, but this felt like a "rogue’s outhouse" in the best way—perfect for anyone hesitant about using one. It was a bit disappointing that I couldn’t use the outdoor tub due to the off-season, but that just gives me another excuse to book again in warmer weather! The interior was cozy and spotless, and the fire stove warmed the space up in seconds, with clear instructions from Kathleen on how to use it. The kitchen was pristine as well. All around, an incredible stay—I’d give six stars if I could! Can’t wait to book again.
