Mountain top cabin with long range views!!! Like most mountain roads in Bryson City, It'll be a bumpy ride up the partially gravel road to our cabin,,,, Our driveway is steep! AWD isn't needed (our Nissan Altima does great) It can be intimidating at first, but you will conquer and in no time enjoy the challenge! The cabin is in a mountain community called Ocona Lake Estates. Located 5 miles from Bryson City and 5 miles from Cherokee NC/ Oconaluftee Visitor. Catoloochee Ski resort is 18 miles.

Cabin is less than 2 years old and has a new hot tub. It is located in a small neighborhood right next to Deep Creek and Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The cabin is just a 2 minute walk to the creek and the neighborhood has a communal lot along the creek with steps to get in/out. You can tube from inside the National Park all the way down to the neighborhood and get out at the shared lot. The house is best suited for couples but up to 3 or 4 can stay with the sleeper loveseat. 100mb Wifi.

This custom home, built in 2020, is the perfect spot to unwind. Located off of a private road (4-wheel drive isn't necessary), it sits on 4.25 acres, w/gorgeous views of the Great Smoky Mountains. High Calling is the lower level of a home on Cataloochee Mountain, at 4300’ elevation. Enjoy the panoramic views year round from a private covered porch or around the fire pit as you relax with the peaceful sound of the creek below. A charcoal grill is also provided. Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with one full bed and one twin bed face mountain views. A sitting area with a television and games, kitchenette and coffee station are provided, along with snacks and drinks.

It has been an absolute pleasure hosting and providing a “Home away from Home” experience for guests visiting the Smokies. Come stay creekside while seeing all that Cherokee has to offer!

At our little white house, you’ll be able to gaze at the twinkling constellations while enjoying the fire pit, sit on the back porch and admire the Blue Ridge Parkway in the distance while listening to the creek, and live side by side with our farm’s prize-winning Brown Swiss cattle. *Please note the fireplace is not operational.
