Our charming apartment is nestled in the woods with a prime view of your own private 15 ft waterfall in the backyard. Enjoy peace & tranquility while reading a book on the hammock or warm up by the chiminea while watching the fireflies scatter about the woods. The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented so you will not be sharing ANY space.

Romantic, rustic cabin at the base of a 35-foot waterfall, nestled in the middle of 16 secluded acres surrounded by national forest that extends to the Chattooga River. This magical get-away caters to those with an adventurous spirit. Hike from the cabin to additional waterfalls, bike down Turkey Ridge Road to Opossum Creek Trail and the Five Falls or drive two miles to the Chattooga Belle Farm. The Waterfall Cabin is a joy to us all, and we hope you love it as much as we do. No cleaning fee.

Cozy Mountain Cottage

Nestled in the Summer Hill gated community at Lake Glenville, the main level has an open living area with a large sectional couch, breakfast bar off the kitchen, and dining area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The loft functions as a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. The sleeping areas have separate entrances to a shared bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck, gas and wood burning fire pits, charcoal grill, Green Egg, and a hammock to hang outdoors.

Awaken in a luxury king size bed and slide open the garage door to sweeping views of the Smokies. Enjoy coffee on the deck. Fully furnished bed and bath, AC/Heat and kitchenette. Pets permitted $40/first pet $20/each additional pet. Area is fenced. Listen to the river while lying in the in-deck hammock. The perfect stage for a restful afternoon or night time stargazing. Highlands House in the Laurel Escape to this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin overlooking scenic “Sparkling Lakes,” a private pond home to various wildlife like fish and heron. The cabin is perfect for a family, one or two couples, or friends seeking a Highlands getaway. Situated about 6 minutes from downtown Highlands and 15 minutes to Cashiers. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit, explore nearby waterfalls and hiking trails or checkout local restaurants and shops. The cabin is pet-friend!

MeadowHill Guesthouse - Mountain view-3 mi to town

This charming guesthouse is nestled in a wooded setting with mountain views. Relax on the wraparound porch taking in the fresh air and scenery as you warm up by the outdoor stone fireplace. The vaulted ceilings in the main house with a stone fireplace provide the perfect mountain ambiance. Please note: Kitchenette only - No stovetop. The guesthouse shares the property with the main house which was built in 1930. Just minutes to the shopping and dining of both Highlands and Cashiers.

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.
