We would like to offer people from all over the world visiting Los Angeles a place to relax after intense sightseeing tours or after a long work day. We created a little suite that has a separate bedroom, a separate living room, and a private bathroom with amazing views of the valley hills and the city right by the pool. Just have a glass of wine at the end of our back yard on top of the hill and watch the moon and stars, do a few laps in the pool, or just watch a movie in your own living room.

The guesthouse offers a cozy setup with spacious living area; high-vaulted ceilings in all rooms; a 65 inch Smart 4K TV with FREE streaming apps (Netflix in 4K and more) plus local news. Located in a rural neighborhood, yet 5-10 minutes to the nearest dining, groceries, theaters, shopping and a 30-minute scenic drive away to the beach and major Los Angeles & Simi-Valley tourist attractions.

This studio is centrally located in the premier West Hills neighborhood, a short drive from Calabasas, Malibu, Santa Monica, Warner Center. Wifi and street parking are included. Close to groceries, restaurants, shopping malls. Easy access to freeways. Brand new furniture and mattress bedding. Has its own heater and AC, not shared with the rest of the building. Shares a wall with the rest of the house where my family lives.

Private Guesthouse

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

The bathroom has a tub and shower, & is stocked with all kinds of hair care products. Large walk-in closet.

Heating and A/C. There is a huge private deck w/ seating and a BBQ. One queen bed w/ down comforter and down mattress topper...very comfy!

Additionally the suite has a mini fridge and microwave available. Rain shower and cascade tiles accent the bathroom. Built in closet provides storage for your traveling goods.
