Idéal pour les familles, le gîte est intégré à notre maison mais totalement indépendant et vous offre des prestations de qualité. Dans un environnement champêtre et calme, vous profiterez de la sérénité du lieu avec en prime une vue sans vis-à-vis face aux champs et au lac. Eté comme hiver, vous aurez rapidement accès aux loisirs et plaisirs du lac Léman ou de la montagnes : 10mn Evian(lac),10 mn stations ski.

We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

This chalet is truly unique, one of the oldest buildings in the area; it has been authentically restored while retaining its charm and character. You will find yourself in beautiful surroundings full of history. It is close to the Portes Du Soleil skiing resorts (Champéry, Morgins) and the Thermal Baths of Val d'Illiez. The chalet is good for couples and ideal for families. Pets welcome. Given the beauty of the chalet and its antique restoration, we don't host big group celebration parties.

Newly built and completed in 2020, Chalet Alpaga is a beautiful family chalet, boasting south-west views both up and down the valley, surrounded on 3 sides by fields and just 10 minutes walk to the centre of the pretty mountain village of Chatel. It is perfectly set up for a large family, with space for everyone. The chalet has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large well-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is also a family room on the lower level which leads out to the hot tub.

Le logement offre 1 chambre avec rangements, un séjour avec cuisine et un canapé qui devient un lit pour 2 personnes avec un sur matelas à disposition. Chalet 8 pers, vue magnifique

Lorsque nous avons cherché à réaliser notre rêve vieux de 30 ans d'avoir un pied à terre à la montagne, et que nous avons visité ce chalet, nous nous sommes instantanément sentis comme à la maison et conquis par la vue magnifique et panoramique qu'il offre. L'accès peut paraître un peu "compliqué" au premier abord (70 marches)...Lors de notre 1ère visite avant l'achat, cela m'avait paru "trop" mais, une fois à l'intérieur, l'inconvénient a été balayé en 3 secondes !
