The condo is fully equipped and has amenities to make your vacation as comfortable as possible. There are great restaurants, bars, and shops all within a 5-10 minute walk.

Location, Location, Location! This condo overlooks the marina and the intercoastal water way leading to the gulf of Mexico. It also has a water taxi that leaves from the marina to a restaurant on the island for $6 a person. Englewood beach is close by, so If you are looking for relaxation on the beach or by the pool, there is a pool to have a cocktail by. The area has many things to do like kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, charters, golfing, and many bars and restaurants.
