We had a lovely stay! With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there was lots of space for 8 adults to be comfortable. The pool was used everyday and the house had everything we needed. There was a bit of an issue with the pool when we arrived but was promptly looked after the following morning. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone visiting beautiful Charleston!

What a beautiful home! The house is amazing! It was big and spacious. Had everything we needed! She includes TP, paper towels, plenty of towels, beach towels and soap. This is very appreciated in an Airbnb. The back porch is everything!! Coffee with that view and all the birds… perfect! My daughter enjoyed the fishing and exploring on the property. We spent several days in Charleston for the ghost tour, the carriage ride , the food and the shopping! I loved coming back to relax in this home. Candace is so helpful and quick to respond!

Loved the area! We were only 10 mins away from the closest Walmart! Also cute coffee shop right down the road. Only 15 mins from downtown Charleston and 18 mins from folly beach. Very spacious and open. Was exactly what we were looking for.

The location was beautiful! Jayne was very responsive and accommodating so we could check in early. She also recommended a lot of local of local spots including a fantastic restaurant in John’s island! The pool was fantastic! Awesome quick stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for two families of four. The location is perfect - walkable to town and close to the beach but off the Main Street so quiet and not busy. We loved the pool and hot tub and outdoor seating and we made good use of the ping pong table room. We had small issues and questions throughout our stay and Frank was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had no doubt! The host is amazing and they go out of their way to make your stay at their home as comfortable and seamless as possible. They had homemade bread and a homemade quiche waiting for us! Even a hand written note inside their guest book specifically for us. They really care about the small details of sharing their home! Stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the accessibility to all that Charleston has to offer. Walked to plenty of fine dining in the neighborhood, including Southbound, The Grocery, and Fuel. There is a Publix that is a five-minute drive away. Uber's to downtown (market & King) were about 12 mins long and approx $8-10. There are plenty of people walking around the neighborhood, so it doesn't feel eery or anything. Some college students walking home later on in the night, from the establishments on King St. I would presume, but not obnoxious or anything like that. The house was super clean, easy to find, and had enough dishes and towels. The beds were SO comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, too! Communication was great and responsive.

Wow! Absolutely loved this house, and can’t say enough good things about it. Immaculate in every way. Location was great, and the yard to this home is awesome!

We, four retired guys, were in town for a multi-day event at Patriots Point. Paula’s property is a short drive from there and close to shopping. We enjoyed meals at home, including grilling in the backyard, as we as in the general area, all short drives away. We met Paula on our first day, of six, as she allowed us to check in early while she was finalizing the house for our stay. 5 stars.

This home needs a little TLC. It's an older home w/a slight musty smell upon entering, my husband has severe allergies to mold & mildew, but he was unaffected, so it must not have been that bad. This home has some little quirks like the washer & dryer are outside in a garage (that area was very clean), the dishwasher is portable & needs to be hooked up to the sink & plugged in (we didn't use it since we mostly ate out) & you can't run the microwave & toaster oven at the same time. The box springs to the beds were old, but the mattresses were decent & comfortable. There is no theme as to the decor, which made it very interesting, with finding something different everyday. With all these little quirks, I am giving it a 5 Star due to the fact that it is a charming little home, was very clean, in a great neighborhood, has private parking, is very close to the beach & area attractions & Rachel was a very responsive host. We had a great time during our stay!

My family had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It was so close to my wedding venue and offered everything we needed while my family was in town!

Felt like I was staying at a spa. The bedrooms were fantastic. We had three people and each got a king bed. Beautiful bedding and decor. The master bathroom was a dream. Excellent shower. The living space was cozy and comfortable. There is a fabulous game room and hot tub but we didn’t partake due to so many outside activities we had already planned. There are so many extras I haven’t gotten at other rentals. There’s a special area for applying make up and in addition to a hair dryer there’s a Flat iron and a curling iron. Lighted mirrors ! The washer and dryer is on the top floor with the bedrooms which is so convenient and a variety of cleaning products , stain removal products, dryer balls. Lots of lighting and outlets for all of our phones, iPads and computers. The lamps on the bedside tables have outlets as well. The house is a block from the train tracks so you will hear the trains and sometimes need to wait when driving near them. Will stay again.

This home was very unique in every way. You could not see into one room from another, which made privacy for our group great. The neighborhood was very peaceful except for one dog, but we have dogs, so it was not bothersome. The house had plenty of space and seating for everyone. The pool area was amazing as well. Jon left us some drinks and breakfast items for our stay as well. Everything was perfect and we look forward to staying again, if dance competitions bring us back to Charleston!

This is our second stay with them and it’s always the best- They are so on point with responding quickly and taking care of any questions that it makes everything easy and seamless We are already looking to rebook 🫶

Amazing place and stay! It was awesome to have the space for our children to have fun and dog to play and feel right at home. The pool was great as well! We had a wonderful time.

The house was exactly what we needed for two families staying together with a teen and a toddler. The activities in the house were fun and then the pool outside allowed something for everyone. Steve was a great host and communicated with us quickly! We would stay here again if we were looking for a great place outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had the best girls weekend at Calvin’s home! He was very responsive and flexible letting us drop our bags off at the house ahead of check in. It was a great house and location - so close to the beach but also was great to have the pool option! IOP was a blast and the house was a semi far, but feasible walk to restaurants/bars. The house was great with many rooms to spread out and use during our stay. The only note is that the kitchen wasn’t stocked with any cooking essentials (olive oil, s&p, butter, condiments). Would highly recommend - we may even be back!

We stayed at The Gardenia House for a bachelorette trip and we absolutely LOVED it! We had 13 girls and there was plenty of room. Each room was spotless and it was such a beautiful home. We had a small mishap come up late at night and Michael was super quick to respond. We 100% recommend staying here, especially for a girls trip! Thank you, Michael!

Absolutely beautiful home in the heart of Edisto Beach! Easy access to the bike path, directly in front of the house. Short walk to the beach, approximately 5 minutes. The backyard is so dreamy with a pristine pool, oak trees and Spanish moss shading the area. We loved our visit and hope to return!

The house was beautiful! I can't say enough about the great location with easy walkable access to the beach. Restaurants are drivable and parking was no issue. Joseph was very quick to respond and was very communicative. All photos were accurate for the listing and it was great for a large group. The only negative I would add was for a hot tub malfunctioning that was unplanned but was not able to be resolved during our stay. Joseph was responsive and attempted to troubleshoot remotely however it was unable to be fixed during our time there.
