The place that Chris provided was excellent! Everything is super clean and looks exactly like the photos online. We loved how this location was right in the middle of all the activities we had planned in any direction. Chris was super easy to communicate with and is very responsive. We didn’t use the grill but it’s great there was one available. Loved that there was also beach chairs and a beach umbrella for when we went the beach. His dog Django is the best and greeted us every morning and is such an easy going pup! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Brett’s place! Check in and out instructions were clear, the space was exactly as described, and very quiet. The location was very central to different beaches and downtown Charleston, which made coming and going very easy. Would definitely stay again!

When we make a journey back to Summerville, we will check availability of this place first! It was a cozy little loft in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The host is extremely friendly. My wife is in love with the beauty of the yard of the main house. The bed was comfortable, the location is great. We lived in West Ashley for six years but did not spend much time in downtown Summerville, we missed out.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend during my families wedding. Place was just what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Charleston again! Host was very responsive and even let me borrow their personal iron. 5 stars!!

This cottage was the perfect home away from home for our trip to Charleston! Located between Charleston and Folly so it was easy to travel to both places. The backyard was beautiful and the cottage was very clean and had everything we needed.

The Tree House is such a beautiful perch from which to explore Charleston and the surrounding beaches. Quiet, peaceful, and comfortable, we just loved it. We took the chairs and umbrella out to Sullivan Island and sat there for hours, watching the kite surfers and the waves. Katey & Jules are fabulous hosts.

John’s place was in a great location! Just a 10 minute drive from downtown Charleston, but there were also great places to eat and drink a walkable distance from the cottage. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We had a great stay!

Perfect spot for a family with young kids! Plenty for us to enjoy outdoors in the beautiful South Carolina weather. Hosts were very gracious!

The place was amazing! Clean, everything provided, very responsive and even checked in on several occasions to see if anything was needed. Super friendly, safe and beautiful. Was able to see the space where pool is in the process of being put in and once complete it will be even more beautiful. The home, accommodations and service was an all around five star for us. Several ladies stayed to attend a conference and we felt safe and at home. It was an all around blessing for our stay!

This was one my my favorite places to stay, we'll def be back! The place is beautiful, exactly as described and Sue was fantastic. She couldn't have been nicer! It was 1/2 between the city and beach, perfect location. It had everything we needed and more. I would def stay here when I'm the area again!!! I'd highly recommend. The dog co-host was the cutest as well.

Perfect stay while on John’s Island for a wedding weekend.

First time in Charleston this place was perfect for our long weekend. Cute & cozy! We loved the pool and outdoor space. Kimberly & her husband were great!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and making sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and super fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The feeling of this place is simplistic, serene, and calm. It is off the beaten path and there isn’t a lot around however it is accessible to many things. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the Airbnb as we went to Charleston and the beach to spend all of our daylight hours! Wonderful stay.

The home was neat & clean, conveniently located, private, and quiet. We had so much fun visiting many parts of Charleston with the guest house as our homebase. The home had everything our small family needed for our stay and more! Alicia was a gracious, respectful, and responsive host. She even brought extra supplies to us in case we needed them! We would welcome the opportunity to be a guest with her again.

We loved Chris's place! It was cute and clean. It was in an excellent location for ease of getting to downtown Charleston but in a peaceful neighborhood so that you can enjoy quiet time. It was also close to everything you could need for staples.

The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, and little touches—like the fresh flowers from the garden & chocolates—made it feel extra special. It’s clear a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome here. The beaches and local eateries were close by and easy to get to from the airbnb, and the area is definitely family friendly. Highly recommend, and we’d love to stay again!

This was our favorite Airbnb stay yet! The 22-acre horse farm is peaceful, private, and surrounded by woods—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We had our own entrance, and even though the space is on the lower level, it never felt like a basement. It was beautifully decorated, and spotless. The bed was super comfortable, and the ambiance made us feel instantly at home. We loved all the thoughtful touches—washer and dryer, three types of coffee makers, and so many small details. It was incredibly quiet and cozy. Megan was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and clearly puts a lot of care into the space. We’re already planning our next visit!

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment is beautifully appointed, comfortably furnished, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the comfortable bed and how quiet the neighborhood was, while being so convenient to restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. We also very much enjoyed meeting our hosts, who were so welcoming.

Thank you again for hosting us. The place was in a perfect location, and you all were very accommodating. Great storage if bringing a boat down, and Jaime and her husband are very welcoming. Would recommend this place to all

We had a great stay here! The space is beautiful and extremely clean. We really appreciated the attentiveness to little details, like having extra hair ties and toothbrushes in the bathroom, snacks, and providing a pass to be able to access various county parks in the area. John was extremely responsive and answered every question quickly. The view out the window in the morning is breathtaking and the balcony is a nice place to hang out and get some sun. The location is private but not too far from the beach or downtown. We really appreciate John and his family for sharing their space with us!

What a great cozy and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended.
