We loved our stay at Brett’s place! Check in and out instructions were clear, the space was exactly as described, and very quiet. The location was very central to different beaches and downtown Charleston, which made coming and going very easy. Would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay at this charming beach house. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We felt lucky to find it and would love to come back. It was great to bring our dog along. Just a heads-up: while the yard is beautifully kept, there are signs asking that pets not use it for bathroom needs. Also, pets aren’t allowed on the furniture, so plan ahead if your dog is used to being up on the couch or bed. The screened-in porch was a great hangout spot, and the bed was comfy. We saw an outdoor shower there, but it didn’t work. It wasn’t listed as an amenity, so we didn’t expect it, but it’s one of those features we always love at the beach. Check-in at 4pm felt a bit late to us and we chose not to pay for early check-in. Overall, everything was lovely. We could hear the ocean from the house and walk there in just a few minutes. Oh, and there’s a dog park nearby - a nice perk. We’d love to stay here again! WE LOVE FOLLY 🤙

This cottage was the perfect home away from home for our trip to Charleston! Located between Charleston and Folly so it was easy to travel to both places. The backyard was beautiful and the cottage was very clean and had everything we needed.

We often visit family in the area. The space was cozy, offered all the essentials and a comfy bed! The location is set back from the road and is very quiet. That worked well to keep the pup calm while spending time on her own.

Loved staying here, the house is quirky and fun and has its parking which was handy. The house is clean and had everything we needed. We stayed for two nights and it’s in a great location to walk to the town and French quarter to look at all the local areas. We had a gig at the Music Farm one night and easy to walk to. Loads of great local bars and restaurants nearby, a great spot to stay when visiting.

This spot was perfect for our time in Charleston- the place was private and Margaret left clear instructions everywhere so we knew how to work all the amenities and such! It’s a peaceful neighborhood and we loved it here

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. The pool and outdoor shower were incredible and the beds extremely comfortable. Danielle made sure we were happy and comfortable and she was so friendly and welcoming. Absolutely perfect stay!!

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had the best time in Charleston and Brianna’s “corner store” was such a lovely space that was clearly a well thought out space full of all the comforts we could have asked for. It is walkable to downtown Charleston and there are fabulous eateries right in the same street. Will definitely return.

My boyfriend and I loved the place. It was the perfect tiny home to go to after long days at the High Water festival. Yennifer was super kind to find my Apple Watch that I left and shipped it to me. It was a great experience altogether!

Such a wonderful place to stay! We loved the peaceful neighborhood and the easy commute to downtown.

This place is a wonderful retreat where relaxation is the only order of the day. There is a nice long covered dock with a table where you can hang and enjoy the sunrise with your coffee and the sunset with your wine. Folly beach is just around the corner and a great local restaurant and raw bar are within easy walking distance (Bowens Island Restaurant). Our regret was that we booked for only 5 nights instead of 10. Also, super friendly hosts!!

I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough! The location is perfect - easy access to the beach and downtown Charleston. It’s in a great location that’s quiet and feels very safe. I’ve also never stayed at an Airbnb that is so well stocked! The hosts have thought of everything and even greeted us with a bottle of wine! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Charleston!

Visiting Kim’s cottage was a pleasure. With off street parking and a private courtyard, the cottage is gracious and welcoming from the beginning. The cottage itself was clean, new and tastefully decorated, making good use of color, texture and form throughout. Furniture was comfortable and entire cottage was peaceful. We enjoyed our four nights there and heartily recommend Kim’s cottage.

A hidden gem! Perfect location. 10-15 drive from Folly Beach and downtown. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would 100% recommend while staying near Charleston.

Jen was a very warm and welcoming host. Responses were quick if we had any questions or concerns (if any). At arrival the Airbnb was easy to locate, very clean and put together. My girlfriend and I were surprised with a gift of wine and cookies along with a lovely card for my girlfriend’s birthday. Altogether, it was a very relaxing, secluded, and peaceful oasis experience! Highly recommend staying here for your next trip!

This guesthouse was absolutely perfect. Very safe neighborhood if you are a young person traveling alone it would be ideal. Perfect location 15 minutes to downtown and so easy to navigate the area. Check in was super easy. Highly recommend!! My daughter is already planning a return trip..

This was a fantastic place to stay. Close enough to downtown Charleston, but far enough away to relax. We thorough enjoyed hanging out on the dock and backyard watching the birds fly up and down the creek and watching the sun set. The Boathouse is perfect for a couple that wants to get away for a little while, but still have dining options and be able to quickly drive into Charleston for the experience. When we come back to Charleston, this will be the first place we look to stay. Matthew is very responsive and the Boathouse was clean and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommended.
