Amenities: king bed, 2 living areas, 2 Smart TVs. Kitchenette: SHAREDfull-size fridge, microwave, Keurig, air fryer, no cooktop/stove available. Private entrance, PLEASE NOTE: you will be walking through the grass to get to the basement! street parking in a quiet neighborhood. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes.

The Observatory on Rose Manor is a private home. It’s 2 blocks from the heart of downtown & beach. Colonial Beach is the golf cart capital of Virginia, we all drive them here. Rent one when your in town. Just over an hour south of DC. This small town takes you back in time with events & local charm. This brand new rental is on the grounds of Rose Manor. Rose Manor was built 1896 it operated as the New Willard hotel for over 50 years. Come relax on its huge porches & enjoy the water view.

Enjoy a rural environment only 50 minutes outside of Washington, D.C., and 45 minutes away from Andrew's Air Force Base. Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood with horses, goats, ducks, and more this property allows children space to run and play. Stores are less than 10 minutes down the road. This is a perfect little haven, fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities. Parking is available for boats and trailers. Please Note: Sunday check-in is at 4pm, unless requested otherwise.

Welcome to the Charming Country Cottage. Enjoy the sounds of nature from the moment you step onto the property. This furnished brick cottage offers guests a "home" away from home. Parking, Smart TV with streaming, wifi/Internet, utilities included. Limit 2 people. This property is smoke free. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the cottage, or anywhere on the grounds . Owners live in main house within same property. No extra guests, no parties, no illegal activities.
