Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Piscine chauffée (en saison) de 9x6, spa 5 places, sauna, vtt gratuitement à votre disposition. Notre grand gite, déco chic, murs pierres, bois brut. 4 suites de 28 à 35 m2, lits King-size 180x200, douches à l’italienne et wc. 2 suites ont 1 balcon, une grande suite en plain plain pied. Pièce à vivre de 70 m2 (poêle à bois), terrasse vue parc et piscine 6x12 chauffée (saison).

Le Petit Tournesol - gîte for two in Challignac

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.

The Barn at Bois Blanc

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
