Avonlea Gardens & Inn - Entire House

Avonlea Inn is a century home with unique vintage charm! 3 bedrooms (upstairs - 1 king & 1 queen, main floor - 1 queen & queen pullout sofa in living room). Dining room, kitchen, & front porch. Located on same property as our native plant nursery - you are welcome to wander! Renting half the house is possible - please see separate listings for the Rose Suite (2 bedrooms on 2nd floor) or the Bluebell Suite (1 bedroom, pullout, full kitchen on 1st floor). Pets allowed only if renting entire house.

Historic Century Home on Chardon Square

This well appointed Century Home (built in 1824) is just steps from historic Chardon Square, which features many shops and restaurants to enjoy during your visit. You will have the entire first floor of the house (1800 sq. ft.) with complete privacy, including a private entrance. Park your car and walk to the Square, grab a bite to eat, and explore. Back at the house, borrow a book to read, watch a movie or TV, and relax. This spot is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy beautiful Chardon!

The Wildflower

Come enjoy this brand new cabin in a private wooded setting. Sit on the front porch swing or relax by the fireplace. Enjoy the whirlpool for two and new stylish decor with black metal railing against a backdrop of the finest craftsmenship of woodworking. This cabin was built by local Amish and Mennonite builders. There is a double reclining loveseat and a queen size pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress. We provide snacks, sodas, coffee, tea, cereal, juice, pancaKe mix & maple syrup!

Chardon Loft

Large private 2nd floor studio style living area with queen size bed, couch, table/chairs, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, NO OVEN OR STOVE TOP, sink, large shower, A/C, heat, washer and dryer, and deck. Wifi internet is provided. The television has Netflix. No cable channels. The furnace is nontraditional. It is not located in a closet. The noise when running and starting will be louder than normal during winter months. Ear plugs are available for those that are noise sensitive.

In-law Suite W/private 1st floor entrance 1Br 1Ba

Escape to this cozy 1-bedroom in-law suite close to historic Chardon Square. With a private ground floor entrance, a king-sized bed, and a pull-out couch with a full mattress. Comfy one room cabin on private 1 acre lake. Sleeps 6 with two sets bunk beds, 2 cots. Glampers enjoy Solar power, gas stove, frig/freezer, Privy, outdoor hot shower and sink, and safe drinking water at pump. Catch and release fishing with your own gear. Bring life jackets to enjoy paddle boating, kayaking, swimming. Firewood on site, 20 minutes from Route 90, Buckeye Trail, Geauga and Lake County Parks, Lake Erie Beaches, wineries, Amish country, and historic Chardon Square.
