Enjoy a cup of coffee, a book, or the weather in your private courtyard with built-in bench seating. The kitchen includes all stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker (just get your favorite K-Cups), basic kitchen appliances, and most everything you'd need to either cook at home or enjoy delivery from any of the great nearby restaurants. Our townhome is one of only 38 residences on a private drive. It's very quiet and many neighbors have lived there for years. Enjoy a dip in the community pool which is just steps from your front door (our community pool, like most others in the area, is not heated). You'll have the entire townhome just for you and your guests. The community has an outdoor pool (not heated) and barbecue area (charcoal grills) and a key is provided in the townhome. We have a washer and dryer provided inside the townhome. It’s easily accessible from a closet in the kitchen area. We once lived in this home, but have relocated just a few blocks away. You may contact us with any questions before, during, or after your stay. We love the area and are happy to provide recommendations!
