Host was very friendly and helpful, place was as described and very clean. Location is not walkable to tourist spots but there is a train station right outside the front door, walkable to pharmacy, grocery store and a few pubs/cafes. Has a washer but no electric dryer, only hang to dry. Coffee pot, tea kettle, hair dryer and iron.

What a wonderful way to start a long stay in Paris. If I knew how great this home is, I would have asked to stay for more time. I was there for 6 nights. I say home because it was so comfortable and Delphine was extremely considerate and caring about my stay…plus a pleasure to communicate with. Having both a tub and shower was a treat…to have a soak after a long day of trekking the streets and museums. The furniture is very easy to melt into for morning coffee and evening reading. The king bed is comfortable and quality linens feel great. All the little luxuries not easily found in the city were here! I look forward to returning to Paris and hope this will be available when I do.

Good place - close to tower

Fantastic. Host is polite and always responsive. The place has beautiful views.m of seine river and eiffel tower. Comfortable, bright apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Just a mile walk from Eiffel Tower. Peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle of tourist areas but accessible by bus and train. Uber works great too. Many groceries around and a mile away from a huge carrefour hypermarket with everything you need. Restaurants near the apartment, japanese, chinese, italian, french, kebab. Boulangerie nearby too with very good croissants. You will have everything you need for a nice parisian vacation.

Hemos pasado unos días en paris en este bonito apartamento con todas las necesidades, buena zona, todo limpio y con mucho gusto, no dudamos en repetir alojamiento en nuestro próximo viaje a Paris.

Jean-Michel was a wonderful and responsive host. We loved the apartment, the energy of the neighborhood, and how easy it was to get wherever we wanted to be. It was everything we needed for a perfect long weekend in Paris!

We loved every minute at Pascal’s apartment!! The view of Invalides from the living room was wonderful! The view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom was just as wonderful! You can’t beat a five minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. 2 minute walk to the Metro made it easy to get anywhere in the city. Amazing and responsive hosts. We can’t wait to return.

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre in questa casa per una notte, ci serviva un posto comodo come appoggio per un weekend di lavoro. Una volta arrivate avevamo bisogno di lasciare i nostri bagagli a casa prima del check in e Ibrahima ci ha dato i codici per poter accedere e lasciarli prima del check in (tutto automatico, comodissimo) .La zona è residenziale e molto tranquilla, a 5 min a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana. Casa molto ampia e funzionale, letti comodi, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti.Cucina ben attrezzata, con anche una bottiglia d’acqua e una di vino bianco di cortesia.Unico piccolo inconveniente non siamo riuscite ad accedere al Wi-Fi (abbiamo avvisato Ibrahima che ha detto che controllerà), ma per il resto ci siamo trovate benissimo e ci torneremo sicuramente!
