Our stay was great! we had no issus checking in and getting settled. The house is very spacious and we had everything we needed. Phillips home was clean and just as described. Some highlights? the mini pool table was ideal, the large tv in game area and masterbedroom was a bonus, large clean kitchen for cooking was convenient and the king sized bed was comfy. Overal, place was wonderful. We had one wish and thats just purely out of preference but being able to use the large garage wouldve made it tol notch. Otherwise? no concerns. We would be happy to return again. Thank you ! 🤠

This was a perfect spot for a great weekend hang out with friends. Literally on the beach and property was kept very nice and clean! There are three houses in a row which would be an amazing stay for a large group to hang out on a weekend, looking forward to the next time we stay here. Just a perfect getaway!

The place is beautiful and so charming! Lovely decor all around. Very well keep and clean. It was just perfect for our little family vacation. I wish we could have stayed a little longer. The location was so perfect and close to the beach. I love the overall area. Locals were inviting and friendly. As for our host, he was awesome and just a text away! He was quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Overall a great place to spend some time with family. :)

This was a perfect setting for a small gathering for my family. The home was nicely appointed and very clean. The fire pit was so fun to cook hotdogs and the beach was divine!! We are looking forward to a return next year, thank you Matt and Jenna!

Tammie lend us her home when we were going through a devastating time with our home. She was very easy to communicate with and was super nice. Her home was very nice and well maintained and we felt right at home.

Great house steps from the beach. Something to note if traveling with a group the upstairs is a loft and the noise from the kids room upstairs travels. Host was friendly and helpful. A couple of minor issues that would make it a nicer stay but overall great for our family getaway.

great location!! quiet, close to stores and restaurants. loved staying here and we are already planning our next visit!! can’t wait to come back.

Our stay was chill and peaceful we had fun no interruptions or being bothered, we were loud at some points though. I’m sorry about being loud but was surprised to find that we were un disturbed. Awesome spot to hang with buddies. Sam and Gene were very hospitable never over intruding even though the property is right next door. I’m thankful to have picked their Air B and B to spend my 5 day’s vacation, would most certainly pick to stay there again.

Very cozy apartment, host was friendly and responsive, always checking on us and made extension to our stay on short notice.

Safe and convenient neighborhood. Apartment was simple, practical and peaceful. Driveway parking was convenient and nice. The host and family were kind and helpful.

Linda was a gracious and friendly host.🙂 She gave my wife and I a tour on the golf cart of the local area the first day. ☺️ The check in/out process and BnB regulations were easy and clear.She was very easy to reach out to and checked on us several times to see if we needed anything during our stay. Her driving directions were more useful than our googlemaps or car gps. The quiet neighborhood and home was the perfect accommodations for my wife and I. The fridge/freezer came in handy for us. And the super hot showers were much appreciated after a day of sweating in that humidity. 🫠A shoreline public access fishing spot is within walking distance. Kemah is a short drive to get to many restaurant options. 🥩🍕🍤☕️🍩🍻🥂 And just on the other side of Kemah is Seabrook, and access to excellent seafood markets.🐟🦈🐠🐡🦐 Thank you, Linda and Steve, for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and BnB. Every thing was perfect

This place was cozy and peaceful and dog friendly. Host were very responsive. Only issue we had was we did not have cushions for patio furniture. We wasn’t able to enjoy the outside as much as I would have hoped. Other than that all was wonderful. Definitely will use again.

Great little beach condo walking distance to Kemah boardwalk with parking! Would stay here again next time we are in Kemah!

I can’t say enough positive things about Curt’s condo. Super comfortable, squeaky clean. Private, yet walkable to tons of restaurants & activities. Easy & safe parking. 10/10 Curt is an awesome host. Quick to reply to my texts.

This was by far the best AB&B that I've ever stayed in. The pictures fail it. So many details and amenities I feel like a traveler stocked it. Easy walk to so much in the area. I was there for a few months and while happy to finally go home, was sad to leave. If you are going to the Kemah area stop reading this and book it!

We had a great weekend! Matt was very responsive to us when we needed him. The condo was clean and spacious enough for myself and my friend. Within walking distance to the boardwalk. Easy access to appliances, TV, WiFi, etc. The hot tub is definitely a highlight!
