Bel appartement bien pensé dans une rue très animée ! Néanmoins comme l'appart' donne sur une cours vous n'avez aucune nuisance sonore et c'est sécurisé. L'appartement correspond à la description ! La literie est confortable (le lit est super grand!). Paula est très réactive !

Nos alojemos en este apartamento durante 11 días y nos pareció un súper apartamento/casita. En el barrio de Tetuán con todos los servicios a mano y transporte directo al centro y puntos de interés de Madrid. Flora y su hijo son super amables, flexibles con tus necesidades y que se moverán para cualquier cosa que necesites además siempre con una sonrisa y de corazón. Con respecto al apartamento está muy bien equipado, todo lo necesario en la cocina como si fuera tu casa. Un baño pequeñito pero super funcional y una ducha bastante buena con presión, agua bien caliente y diferentes modos de salida de agua. Dispone de un patio muy práctico y muy cómodo para disfrutar del sol, tender ropa, comer fuera ... Dispone de armario amplio y todo lo necesario para colgar ropa, planchar, limpiar, toallas y sábanas de sobra... Salón amplio con diferentes asientos muy cómodos. No pasarás frío ni calor gracias a la calefacción que puedes gestionar tu mismo. Lo recomendamos a 100%

We had a great time at Maria‘s place for the tennis tournament, we were a group of 8 and the apartment was just right! The 5 bathrooms come in handy and the kitchen had everything needed for the group of us. Even though the apartment is a little outside of the center you get there in 15-20 minutes by metro. The neighborhood itself is a little rough, but never dangerous or anything. Overall, can def. Recommend staying there.

This place is located in the center of Madrid near wonderful restaurants with small parks for children. Everything we needed was in walking distance…. Market, restaurants, metro, etc… the home is very comfortable- with comfortable beds. The kitchen had the things we needed and you can do a load of laundry and she has a rack to hang dry. The home is located on a quiet street with limited traffic. There are darkening shutters to black out the rooms which is so wonderful for the late nights in Madrid! Noa responded immediately with any questions. As you can see in the photos there is not a ding table- but we almost always ate out. You will love this home if it meets the description you are looking for! We would stay here again!

Great quiet chalet located outside of the city center— close to the metro station making it easy to go to the city! Nacho was very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space for our group of 6.

La estancia ha estado perfecta, ubicado en zona tranquila, con restaurantes y supermercados cercanos... cerca del metro. Muy limpio y cómodo.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. El piso cómodo y la zona muy tranquila. Carlos y Claudia muy atentos a cualquier cosa. Todo excelente. Cuando tengamos que volver por la zona, sin duda, repetiremos.

Très bon logement conforme aux descriptions. Elena nous a très bien accueillis, elle est gentille et réactive. Elle nous a même aidé avec le livreur Uber eats, merci encore ! Nous n'avons pas trouvé le chiffon pour la vaisselle, mais c'est un détail. Si besoin nous reviendrons ☺️

Abitazione molto carina, con tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno, pulitissima, vicino alla metro anche se non in zona centralissima. Gli host sono stati molto gentili e flessibili nella riconsegna delle chiavi e recupero bagagli. Consigliatissima!!!

Le logement est paisible et agréable. Un supermarché Dia se trouve juste en diagonale, très pratique et proposant des prix intéressants. La chambre est très confortable, avec un excellent matelas, ce qui contribue à ressentir l’ambiance chaleureuse de la maison. L’accueil a été chaleureux, avec des explications claires, notamment concernant l’accès au garage. Le bâtiment est équipé d’un ascenseur, ce qui est très pratique pour les bagages.

I stayed in January, and the place was perfectly warm all the time - not just the room, but the bathroom and common areas too. I learned that in Spain that shouldn’t be taken for granted :) it’s almost right in front on a metro station, so easy to get around.

Truly enjoyable stay. The place is really comfortable, peaceful, quiet, private. We felt at home. The apartment is impeccably clean and everything we needed was there. The place has a unique character and is full of charming details. Fatima is very communicative, friendly, proactive and genuinely warm. She checked in with us often, offered great tips and was really nice! Everything about the trip exceeded our expectations. We would like to stay here again when we come back to Madrid!

El departamento de Martín está muy bien, con una decoración muy llamativa y peculiar, realmente se ha esmerado en ello. Estuvimos solo dos días por lo cual no usamos las instalaciones exhaustivamente. Lo único “criticable” debido a la arquitectura y diseño del mismo es la privacidad del toilette que tampoco fue impeditivo. Tal vez si vas con colegas de trabajo pueda ser algo incómodo.

Maria Victoria è stata una host molto gentile e disponibile, che mi ha permesso di lasciare il mio bagaglio prima del check-in e dopo il check-out. Camera come da descrizione, accanto all'appartamento dell'host. Il bagno/cucina molto puliti e forniti dell'indispensabile, incluso il necessario per la colazione o un pasto veloce. La posizione è ottima, vicino a bus e metro e a pochi minuti dal Parque del Ritiro. Grazie!
