We had a short stay in this place. It is a spacious and peaceful place surrounded by greenery. Morning walks around the place were pleasant. Food cooked in the place was a special highlight. Overall, we had a relaxing stay in Kotagiri.

Had an amazing stay at this property! The location is surrounded by lush tea gardens and nature all around — we even spotted wild animals roaming nearby, which made the experience even more unique and close to nature. The stay was peaceful, scenic, and truly memorable. The cook and caretaker were excellent — they prepared delicious food for all three days of our stay with great care. The owner is incredibly down to earth and was constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, offering help and guidance to make our trip even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature. Would definitely love to visit again!

The Observatory was a place directly from a fairy tale. I have not seen a place as beautiful as this one. This is a gem perched atop a hill with views of rolling hills and lush greenery. The views were sensory delight. Just a perfect place for a family vacation away from hustles of life and to soak in some serenity. To add to it, the house caretakers were great. Kanaka amma made yummiest home made food that made our stay even more memorable. She always greeted us with smile and warmth. She spoke in Tamil and i spoke in English but did not need a google translate to understand each and communicate. It was so smooth. Mr Kartik was such a great host who was always responsive and flexible. He allowed us early checkin since we had elderly and toddler with us. He also helped us contacts for car rentals and places to visit. I highly recommend this place if anyone wants to experience the serenity of nature and warm hospitality.

It was a pleasant stay. I visited with my family. We really loved the place, location is so peaceful and beautiful, It was exactly as mentioned, clean and well-appointed, homely feeling. The living room is a large with a lot of seating space and a TV, the bedrooms are comfortable with a backyard lawn, the kitchen is set up well with all the utensils. Zuhaina was an amazing host, very responsive and considerate. She even provided us extra time for flexible checkout. Thank you so much Zuhaina, We really appreciate all the efforts you put into and help us to make our stay comfortable, We will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Great stay for a group of 10-12 people. Super service by Karan and team throughout. Food was great as well. The rooms are uniquely designed, spacious and comfortable. Overall we were super happy with the stay and would strongly recommend for office outings or family / friend gatherings.

Our stay at Srinath's home was really nice. There is 1 big bedroom (with an attached bathroom) and 1 smaller bedroom. The home was super clean and the host was very welcoming. There's a pool and there's a dining area and seating outside which was tastefully done and it felt like we were sitting outside (which is what we enjoy). The breakfast was really good too and they had games and toys for our toddler. The hosts were always available and helpful. It's in a residential area but still close to all the landmarks. Would highly recommend this place.

Superb location. Completely private and peaceful. Excellent valley views from the pool. Pool is not temperature controlled. But it was clean and maintained well. Reaching the place is only through their 4x4 jeep. Normal cars cant go there. It is totally off road for 15 mins drive. Cook and caretakers are present in the property. Breakfast is complimentary. But dinner is served on request. The food tasted so good. Fire place, Badminton court, and barbecue available. Reaching the uppatty village was challenging. Google maps showed wrong and dangerous off road routes. So ask locals and reach the village to park your vehicle in the owners place. From there they will take us to the property in jeep. Overall worth for money of we go in groups.

This was a beautiful place to stay, the caretaker Santosh was really responsible and helpful, assisted us with anything required, great cook that they have and they will provide some snacks if asked. dinner and breakfast was really good, these are paid meals but worth the price

Great stay for a peaceful time away from the city hustle, host is very responsive and friendly, house is very well maintained, beddings and all furniture were clean had a nice time, best part about the stay is pool is right inside the house to jump in anytime!

Ours was a group of 3 families that stayed here for a safari trip at Kabini. the safari pick up point ks about 45 minutea fron this place. Amazing location innthe middle of fields, and right next to a stream! Very clean and well-kept villas. They had proactively fixed a faulty AC in one of the rooms even before we checked in. The best part was the food, very homely meals that even the kids loved.

We had a fantastic 1 night stay here with my family. We wanted something private and this was perfect. The whole place is beautifully designed. It’s away from all the hustle. Wish we would stay longer and enjoy the serene surroundings. Would certainly recommend this place for a staycation. Special shout out to Somanna (Caretaker) and his family, they can make you feel at home. The meals that they prepare are delicious. When you have such staff then it makes a big difference, thanks once again.

The place was worth it as per the cost. Didn't expect this much but had a great weekend there.
