This is apartment on the first floor in our house: with kitchen, bedroom/living room and bathroom. It's 20 meters from the sea and beach. There are concrete, rocky and pebble beaches around, and we have our own beach! You’ll love my place: clean sea, beautiful view on Pag, green garden. It is great for couples, bikers and families. It has a variety of one day destinations to visit within 1 hour drive. Karlobag is the closest town, 4.5 km or 10 min away; Zadar is 1.5 hour, Senj is 1 hour from us.

Kuca S&D nalazi se u mjestu Svica,7km udaljena od Otočca. Svojim gostima nudi smještaj, besplatan WiFi, parking te veliko dvorište. U podrumu kuce nalazi se prostorija za druzenje koja sadrži stol sa stolicama, pomocnu kuhinju te konobu za degustaciju proizvoda sa vlastitog OPG-a. U ljetnim mjesecima gostima je na raspolaganju i organski povrtnjak, te roštilj.
