Mijn vriend en ik hebben echt genoten van de rust en de omgeving die deze omgeving te bieden heeft. We hadden eigenlijk voor 2 nachten geboekt, maar hebben al snel besloten er nog 2 nachten aan vast te plakken. We hebben heerlijk gewandeld, apen en leguanen gezien en gezwommen in het warme water bij de verschillende strandjes. Goeie optie voor mensen die graag even ontspannen en weg willen van de drukte. Hou er rekening mee dat het personeel niet tot slecht engels spreekt. Voor ons geen probleem, maar kan me voorstellen dat het voor mensen die geen spaans spreken/ verstaan lastig kan zijn.

Mike’s place is a heaven on earth ! No noise except the sound of the running river down below, beautiful surroundings, spacious house. A private swimming hole of the beautiful clean river Santa Maria in his property is the cherry on the top of the cake! Mike is very quiet but friendly host and his dog Jack was so cute! We loved our stay! Highly recommended !

Had a wonderful stay here! The house was perfect and just as advertised. Loved the space, outdoor shower and kitchen had all we needed. We hope to come back soon!

Wonderful stay in a private retreat. The sunsets from the patio are beautiful. The listing is just as described. Two words of caution, for those with unsure footing, the water in the shower can leak on the floor a bit. Nothing serious but worth noting if you lose your balance easily. And secondly, remember, you are in the tropics, there are going to be bugs around. Keep the house tidy during your stay and you’ll see far less of them. Highly recommended stay!

Ilka's and Ralph's place is perfect to calm down and unwind as it is located in the middle of Nowhere but still close enough to a road to catch public transport to Gualaca and David. Communication beforehand was also really nice and smooth and I was picked up in David as Ralph had to run errands there, so thanks again. :) There is a hiking trail starting in front of the house, you can also go down to the river to take a dip. Maybe you'll be accompanied by one or two of their dogs. ;) We sat together at dinner in the evening and shared some travel stories, food was delicous, too! I highly recommend this place, keep up the good work! :)

We had the pleasure of staying at Reenie’s place last week whilst in Panama, firstly the photos really don’t begin to capture how beautiful this home is! We had a wonderful time enjoying the property, pool and beach!! The sunsets are out of this world too!! Reenie and Mark were the best hosts and we feel fortunate to have met them! We will definitely be going back on our next trip to Panama! Thank you Reenie for being the best host and sharing your home with us!

Definitivamente recomendado! Una hermosa y cómoda casa en un lugar precioso en contacto con la naturaleza y con vistas espectaculares de la montaña. Una casa para disfrutar con familia o amigos con una amplia sala de estar, comedor y cocina totalmente equipada. Los cuartos cuentan con cómodas camas donde puedes descansar plácidamente y el balcón es grande y cuenta con hamaca y sillas desde donde admiras el paisaje y encuentras la paz. Todo lo anterior más el cálido y amistoso trato de Rosana hacen de mi estadía en La mismisima un gran recuerdo y aventura de la hermosa Panamá. Gracias! 🇵🇦🇨🇷

Como muchas personas que se han quedado en el alojamiento de Chantal, buscábamos un lugar de paso. El lugar nos sorprendió de manera increíble porque es silencioso, tranquilo, y lleno de naturaleza y para nosotros fue mucho más que un lugar de paso. Lo disfrutamos mucho. La comida es espectacular y los jueves que tienen cerrado el restaurante, súper recomendado ir a su pizzería que queda en el parque de Las Lajas. Chantal y Giorgio son unos hosts encantadores, muy amables y abiertos a conversar. Tuvimos una maravillosa experiencia y sin duda regresaríamos.
