We had a great stay. Having the beach right out back was wonderful. It was also wonderful that the beach wasn't crowded at all. It was like having it all to ourselves. There are great food options close by, from beautiful sit-down beach front restaurants to delicious food trucks. The place was comfortable and in a great location.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The neighborhood was incredibly calm and safe, which made for a peaceful stay which was extremely important to me during my extended stay with my family. Plus, the convenience of a walkable supermarket nearby was a huge plus and the location puts you at about 1-3 hrs to every part of the island if you are looking to travel outside of Levittown. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

David’s place was worth every penny. He was very easy to communicate with and helpful. The house was beautiful and we had so much space. I was very impressed with the welcome packet provided to us, it was the perfect place to spend a weekend away from home and súper conveniently located to the marina and local restaurants. Love waking up to the waves crashing on the beach. Tide pools were fun to explore and it’s a nice walk to Jobos. The space was comfortable, we had everything we needed to cook, super convenient to have a washer/dryer. Our daughter loved having the pool and hammock.

Upon arriving from San Juan we pulled up and opened the apartments secure box as per instructions to retrieve the remote to the gate of the parking lot. The box was empty. The emergency phone numbers listed will not be answered because AB&B wants all communication to go through the app. The response time is usually 20 minutes. So while waiting on a response we proceeded to the apartment door which was equipped with a smart lock that is dependent on the wifi which had gone down. The host had a remote deliver and we gained access within 30 minutes. The apt states in sleeps 4 but is better suited for just 2. The bathroom is very tight and only allows 1 person at a time. During our stay the ceiling fan quit in the living room which makes it hot and the host had a fan brought out promtply within the hour. The apt has washer/ dryer, beach chairs ,fins and snorkels. The host is top notch and the apt was perfect for the two of us. I definitely recommend this apt and Casey is a great host.

Ferdinand’s place is great value for money. He went above and beyond to make sure we had clear instructions for arrival and that we maintained electricity in case the power outage continued. The apartment is a short stroll to the beach which was nice. The futon was comfier than most. Bring your own salt/pepper/oil/coffee if you plan to cook, but we were prepared for that so wasn’t an issue! Would book again.
