Le Rocche, on the top of a hill offers a breathtaking view, the Villa all on one floor, finished renovating in June 2021 by the architect. Gianni Benincasa, has 5 bedrooms, one of which is in the mezzanine and 3 bathrooms. Furnishings, all brand new, of great charm. Another highlight is the 100 m2 terrace. and the BBQ, where you can have lunch and relax. The villa is completely independent and out of sight of prying eyes.
