We enjoyed our stay here! The apartment felt very safe and in a walkable location to the historic town center - a little less than 15mins. The walk itself felt safe, too. The included parking spot in the garage below was incredibly convenient! The shutters on the balcony made for a completely dark and peaceful space for sleeping, and with white noise from our phones, we weren’t bothered at all by any street noise! Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is quiet and very private. Kate was very responsive-when we needed some basic things, she brought them over right away. The parking wasn't so easy. The nearest parking was across the street and was free, but was nearly always full. We were lucky- and diligent - to find a spot (and were reluctant to leave it!) Otherwise you're going to be about 5 mins away or more, walking, and pay up to €11/day. Luckily, overnight parking is free, but it does have to be managed. Nearest grocery store, Ma Terre, is a 10 minute walk, and so worth it - their produce, bread and eggs are amazing! If you drive, there is a parking lot. But of course, there are also the Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday markets in town as well for your fresh meat and produce needs.

This well restored ground floor, mezzanine and souterain of part of a historic mansion in the Mazarin district, the historic residential center of Aix en en Provence, offers everything you could possibly want and need. The Cours Mirabeau and the picturesque little streets with shops and restaurants is literally down the street and around the corner. The apartment has a pretty city garden as well. The pictures shown on air b&b do not even completely do it justice. Everything works and, should you wish to stay in the early spring, as we did, there is adequate heating as well. A real winner!

Jerome and his family are lovely people and the apartment is very quiet and serene. The bed is on the shorter side, so for taller people it’s a bit uncomfortable. The only other thing I felt like was missing were amenities (old towels, no shower gel), but this can be easily improved. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely house close to Aix-en-Provence. The calm and spacious house with big terraces in a beautiful surrounding make it easy to enjoy your holidays. The kids in particular loved the big space and swimming pool. Nicolas was very responsive and always reachable.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable ! La maison est parfaite : les chambres étaient impeccables, avec une literie très confortable. La cuisine est super bien équipée, il y avait absolument tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La salle de bain était propre et très fonctionnelle. Le jacuzzi a vraiment été un gros plus pour se détendre, et la table de billard a ajouté une super ambiance a la soirée. Rien à redire, tout était au top. Merci encore pour cette superbe expérience, je recommande à 100% !

Nous sommes ravis de notre court séjour dans cet écrin de verdure paisible. Alice a été très réactive lors de nos échanges, elle nous a bien indiqué les instructions pour se rendre dans son logement, c’était très fluide. Le logement est de qualité et très agréable. Seule petite ombre au tableau que je souhaite tout de même mentionner car j’ai été très surprise : apprendre 2 jours avant notre arrivée (par message) que le logement n’était pas relié à l’eau potable. Cela ne figurait pas clairement dans l’annonce que j’avais lue quelques jours auparavant. Alice a tout de même tout prévu : quelques bouteilles d’eau minérale et une station de potabilité. J’étais rassurée et notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé. Nous recommandons ce logement et serons ravis d’y retourner.

We had a lovely stay here. The house was very comfortable, especially the beds. We enjoyed being able to sit outside and enjoy the view of the olive grove. The hosts were very responsive when we had trouble connecting to the WiFi, and they recommended some wonderful restaurants close by. It was a great base for exploring the region, and we highly recommend the place. Thank you for hosting us for the week!

Valérie is a wonderful host. From the moment we arrived she made us feel that her home was our home. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. Full of recommendations for day trips, shopping and places to eat. The house and garden are lovely. The garden has lots of different seating areas for eating, sunbathing, or just relaxing by the pool as well as a shaded seated areas. There is atmospheric outdoor lighting for the different areas which makes evenings quite magical. And it was great to have a pool for a quick dip or lounging on a lilo. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Shaun and Eric's apartment. It was spotless and free of clutter. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the appliances are top-notch. Although there are only two air conditioning units (one in the living room/kitchen area and the other in the hallway leading to the back bedrooms, the air conditioning is effective to cool all the rooms. It was quite hot while we were there and we occasionally used one of the three fans as a supplement to the AC, but never felt uncomfortable for a moment. Shaun and Eric were incredibly responsive when we had a problem with one of the showers. They had a plumber out immediately and within hours he had installed a new set of faucets and we were back in business. We've spent several weeks in Aix at two other apartments and like this location the best. It is close to the outdoor markets and to the Cours Mirabeau yet it is very quiet. We couldn't have been happier. This was our second stay here and will not be our last.

Le logement de Naima est exactement celui décrit dans l'annonce. très facile d'accès les bus 3 et 23 à 1mn à pieds vous emmèneront aux plages du Mourillon et tous les restaurants, belle balade dans les jardins du Mourillon plages, aux criques de la Mitre magnifiques @ ainsi qu'au port de toulon pour accéder là aussi aux divers restaurants mais aussi aux bateaux bus desservant les sablettes et sa grande plage, le sentier longeant le littoral du petit port jusqu'à saint-Mandrier . l'appartement est chaleureux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le Must aux beaux jours la Terrasse . Naima est très réactive ce qui est très agréable.

Petit appartement très fonctionnel, très bien placé (a 5 minutes à pied du port et des commerces)et bien équipé. La place de parking est idéale et hyper pratique. Je recommande fortement !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine chez Virginie. Le logement est parfait pour 3 adultes, conforme à la description, l'immeuble bien sécurisé. La communication avec Virginie est facile. Je recommande sans problème. Ne passez pas à côté des pizzas de Jaime !

Nous avons séjourné avec nos deux enfants de 4 et 6 ans au 1er étage de la maison et cela a été un vrai bonheur! Accès a la mer en 10 secondes chrono, sur un immense plage magnifique et très familiale, maison confortable avec vue sur la mer en continu, étage refait avec originalité et gout très agréable vivre, et une hôte super aidante sympathique et disponible! Je recommande absolument!

Séjour découverte de la côte bleue. Sausset les pins et bien situé pour aller autant vers Carro que vers Niolons, le tout en laissant sa voiture tranquille et en chaussant une bonne paire.

Un hôte agréable que j’ai eu à distance. Ce monsieur a su se montrer attentif et réactif à nos demandes et fut force de proposition. Une maison agréable. Le fort potentiel est la piscine et la cuisine d’été. Ce fut appréciable d’être ss contrainte majeure. Entre Marseille & Cassis, c’est le bon compromis. Merci à vous.
