The owners house and shop structures are surrounding this location, however you will have your own privacy within the apartment. Penn State's Beaver Stadium only 35 minutes away! Moshannon State Forest is close by with hiking, hunting and trout steams as well as Elk viewing and also the Quehannh Boot Camp are within 6 miles. Both Black Moshannon State Park and Bald Eagle State Park are a short 20 min. drive. We are also fairly close to Benezette, pa and Cherry Springs State Park (Coudersport, pa). Come on an adventure or just relax, this is the perfect place for it!
