A great place to stay in Austin! The house is super well appointed with everything you could possibly need. It's really clean and well maintained too. Rene was incredibly helpful and communicative and you can tell she loves the house and takes incredible care of it. Great location for exploring Austin, we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Our corgi loved exploring the yard and playing in the bamboo "forest".

loved this tiny home. came here for a small honeymoon getaway, and it was just that. very peaceful and the space inside was clean. you're very close to downtown Fredericksburg but the location makes it feel like a getaway. the game room was a very nice addition to this listing, really enjoyed that. we would have liked the hot tub to be maintained just a bit better but it was still usable. all in all very much worth it.!

Geweldige centrale locatie om Austin te verkennen! Wat ook een bonus is de koffietent dear dairy coffee om de hoek waar we elke dag iets lekkers hebben gehaald. De Spartan was verrassend genoeg vrij ruim en comfortabel met z'n 2en. Wel maken de airco's wat geluid maar we waren blij dat ze aanwezig waren.

This place is GREATNESS!!! I rented it for my son and his girlfriend to go to an event at the Expo. They LOVED IT!! They said they felt super safe there. They loved the cute airstream! They showed it to me on FaceTime and it looked AMAZING! We are planning to go check it out ourselves soon! But the absolute best part of it all are the host!!! They are Phenomenal!!! The co-host Frazel is beyond kind and considerate. She was so understanding and accommodating for my son! I will stay here next time I am in Austin just to know that we will be staying with a great co-host/host. Do not think twice about renting this place! You won’t regret it!

Great location in Austin. Short walk to a great coffee place and very close to restaurants and bars. The neighborhood has a great aesthetic and is peaceful at night. The trailer was very comfortable for me and my daughter and had everything we needed and more. Loved the coffee, beer and snacks Jena provided. She is a wonderful host and I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful host, a mesmerizing view under the full moon, and an unexpected bonus — a delightful feline companion with a musician’s name to top it all off. A truly memorable stay!

A few friends and I stayed here over the weekend for the Camp Film Fest that was happening in downtown Austin. The RV was clean and cozy, and it was a great overall experience.

Felt right at home!! Our host answered all of our questions very quickly.. The camper was very clean with great views… the park was very clean and everyone there was so friendly! We will be back in August 💛

I enjoyed my stay and I think my little dachshund did too! The animals and the pond were just a plus to the whole place and early in the morning and late in the afternoon the deer are really cool to not only watch but take pictures, you’ll even laugh here and there when you get to see the dogs play tag with the animals they have on the property.

Green Acres In Spicewood Texas is a Christmas Wonderland!!! My work group always goes for a weekend getaway in December that includes shopping, games, food and fun. This place fit the bill and more!! Raymond was an incredible host and had everything we could possibly need- from firewood, charcoal grills ready to go, a large refrig/freezer available for use and an ice machine. The bath house was beautiful and homey with amazing showers and a comfy place to gather with thoughtful amenities throughout! We stayed in The Ambassador, the Trailette and Tiny house 4 & 4.5. The grounds were clean and well maintained with little pieces of Texas Hill Country sprinkled all around. We were able to have our whole group outside for drinks and dinner, have an amazing time, a gorgeous Texas Hill Country sunset and campfire plus enjoy beautiful holiday lights all in the same place! We also shopped in the Christmas Barn which is amazing in itself- a must see and stop by during the Christmas season!!

This was my second time staying here! I love this place so much. The groundskeeper is SO kind, and the airstream is very cozy. You are provided with coffee, tea, and a continental breakfast (milk, yogurt granola, orange juice, baked goods). The extra touches to the stay make this place all the more enjoyable. The pool is my favorite part. You can sit by it and read or go for a nice swim. As always, I’ll be back!

Barry is an awesome host. He has went above and beyond expectations. Played the guitar, sang and had a drummer and all at the campfire. So talented with many things as he's done all the building from ground up. Has the entire place with beautiful lighting to match. To top off the best structure is his added 4th floor scenic view of his place and the lake. Fort Parker is nearby for some history folks. What an awesome man and I look forward in coming back if the dates are available in 2026.

I would absolutely come back to stay here, loved everything, the greenery, the peacocks, the super friendly doggos that come up for some love and pats, not to mention the wedding venue is jaw dropping beautiful. The hosts we super friendly and weren’t dismissive of me when we spoke. Thank you guys once again! Hopeful to come back sooner than later!

Trinity & Noah were great hosts and the Glamper was even cooler than expected! You're surrounded by beautiful country but it only took a few minutes to be right in the city. There was thoughtfulness in the details, such as quality bath products, cozy linens & throws, games and modern furniture (check out the settings on the living room seating!). The huge outdoor area was beautifully maintained with sprawling trees, fire pit, soft lighting and seating areas. It was great to relax barefoot under the stars with my dog snoring away in the grass next to me. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying in the Happy Glamper! Such a beautiful spot, all the trees add privacy and you feel like you’re in your own little world. The hosts were wonderful and answered any problems promptly. We would be glad to come back!

This was my first time staying here and using Airbnb. I can confidently say that it was a relatively great experience for the price. The whole purpose of my stay was to just have a place to stay as I ended my exploration at the near by state Park (Enchanted Rock). With that being said I think I would at least have 4 things to point out. -the shower did take a bit to get warm and when it did it wasn’t feel like a “good warm” so to speak. -The outdoor shower was cold to an extent already but it being an only outdoor shower had me “suffer” to the wind blowing upon me on top of that. -the bathroom sink’s water slow was kind of “lack luster”, but I guess it slowly got the job done. -although the main bed of which I slept on was great, the foldout bed/couch did shed a bit of white specs on my fellow guests that of which had stuck to them kind of through out the day. Other than those things this place was a fun and aesthetically pleasing stay.

This is a great, peaceful place for two. Me and my fiancé had a wonderful and relaxing time. Mark, the owner, Was very friendly and helpful. From the beautiful landscape and lake to the friendly deer that greet you in the morning, it was the perfect little getaway for us!

What a unique and stylish experience! We absolutely loved our stay! Great neighborhood in walking distance to coffee, food, shopping (loved Brother Friend!) and drinks. Close drive to all the attractions. Loved all the details in the Spartanette from the all wood paneling to the courtyard/patio outside. Bed is super comfortable and the shower pressure was great! Appreciated the coffee, sparkling water and fruits as well. Check in and out was so smooth and easy and Kristi was available if we needed anything. Highly recommend staying at the Spartanette - it was the highlight of our trip :).
