Located on 5 acres shared with a family homestead, it’s surrounded by wildflowers, gardens, and a roadside farmstand out front. Enjoy optional add-ons like farm tours, U-pick harvest baskets, and photoshoots. Evenings glow under string lights with a fire pit and games. Overlooking the Susquehanna River, canoe/kayak access just a couple a minutes away.

A perfect getaway for friends, couples or small families! This listing is for one of 4 raised platform tents, located at the top of a hill, with a beautiful view. The tent has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, a set of shelves and drawers for storage, and front porch to relax on. There is a fire pit, outhouses, outdoor showers (cold only!), trails in the woods to roam, and stream to wade in. Bring your groceries - there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grills, fridges, and all the necessities!

Screenhouse on the side of the West Canada Creek. Please note this is a 1000 foot walk from your vehicle unless you have a 4wd or all wheel drive vehicle. Site includes a 10 ft by 10 ft screenhouse, picnic table, and outhouse, fire pit, 2 chairs, but no bed. Have 115 acres of farm to explore along the creek, swim in the creek, bring your kayak, tube down the river, or fish for trout in the creek. One of our family's first boutique safari tents, the Savannah features a roomy 15'x20' living space, perfect for 2 adults, with themed decor echoing a wildlife safari. The front deck overlooks our peaceful koi pond, and nearby swing. Enjoy a truly off-grid glamping experience where you can literally "unplug." Relax around a nightly bonfire (weather permitting), and wake up to enjoy our complimentary, homemade, locally sourced breakfast, organic wherever possible.

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.
