Cynthia and Danny were so sweet and accommodating. They left us eggs and butter and some various condiments, and the cottage had many thoughtful amenities. Her listing was correct in saying that, being in the country, the satellite internet is not always 100% reliable, and critters are ever-present, but we were prepared for these things since she told us about them. Best of all, we were able to bring our dog and she loved the company of Cynthia’s three farm dogs!

Our three night stay at Kim’s place was excellent. The houseboat is well designed and immaculate. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Kim was always responsive to any questions. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the turtles and birds. There are many restaurants in Sanford or just stay at the harbor and eat at the deli or the bar. We would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay with Walt and Cassandra. The house is very nice. The furniture and decor are very personalized and absolutely harmonious with the whole location The kitchen was excellently equipped - almost the best Airbnb we have ever had during all our travels. It was very easy to cook dinner. Another positive thing to mention is the bed - we slept very well on the mattress. About the area: The house is quiet and you can easily relax away from the hustle and bustle of a city. Super starry sky due to the low light pollution. There are chickens on the property, which provided us with fresh eggs every morning. There are also 2 cats living on the property. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and would book it a second time.

What a unique and lovely place. My first time on a house boat & loved it! Everyone at the marina was so nice, great parking close to the place. Don’t worry about the small space, it’s larger than a standard hotel room and it has a full size fridge, washer dryer, and modern appliances. I can’t wait to book this again!

Ein schönes gemütliches Tiny House. Alle Themen Parks in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Walmart gleich um die Ecke. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Das einzige, was man vielleicht vermissen könnte, ist ein Grill. Oh und eine Schere hab ich vergeblich gesucht. Das Haus ist nicht nagelneu, was man an einigen Stellen auch sieht, aber es ist sauber und gemütlich. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort.

As a solo 74 year old gal with an English cocker, safety is most important. I was very comfortable and felt safe. there. Just a lovely place and nice people

We loved this tiny home, it was very cute and just what we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. We would recommend this place to others and stay here again if we are in the area :)

We loved the cozy AF cabin! If you love checking out unique air bnbs, this is for you. The bunnies like to come out at dawn and dusk and are adorable 🥰 the upstairs rooftop patio is relaxing, and it’s an easy walk to Ybor! Thanks again!

Enjoyed my stay in Tampa. The “tiny home” was as accurate as the description and in a location that is close to downtown. Clear instructions and communication was consistent. Would book again.

Richard and Angelita's home was exactly what I needed for my night out in Tampa. It was a solo trip, so the space was just the right size for me with a beautiful, peaceful space outside. There were so many restaurants within 15 minutes of the stay, so that gave plenty of options when deciding where to go. The hosts were very proactive with giving me information and making me feel I could reach out if I needed anything. I really appreciate the open communication and help that was given. I would recommend this stay if you want to be close to lots but not directly on the scene. Thank you Richard and Angelita!

This place is very quiet and clean. it's so quiet at nighttime.I love it, I will be back. i love that they have snacks and coffee for their guest. 5 star service

This is a lovely casita/tiny home in the backyard of a sfr in Seminole Heights. It is exactly as described and pictured. The back yard is lovely and inviting. The unit itself is cute and comfortable. The only recommendation I have is that the mattress be replaced as it is starting to sag. Overall, I recommend it, and I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in the wooden tent and on the surrounding farm. The tent has a comfortable bed and a lamp for reading, so it's a great place to curl up at night, protected from rain or wind. During the day we sat at the picnic tables under the olive trees, tried out the swings, and cooked meals at the outdoor kitchen, which had all we really needed: a small oven, hot plate, refrigerator, coffee pot. The bathroom was clean and the shower had hot water - delightful after exploring the coast or the underground springs nearby. The farm has dozens of chickens and a few roosters who do their full-throated morning thing, of course - that's life on a farm and we just smiled and occasionally crowed back. We hope to return.

Priscilla was exceptional. She was extremely responsive, flexible and supportive to my requirements. Space was clean, convenient and comfortable at a price that could not be beat. Will return.

They were wonderful hosts who were easy to reach- even at 10 at night when I checked in. Whenever I asked a question during my stay they were glad to hear from me and they were very helpful with their advice. Please was spotless and just as advertised- even a little better. Thank You

Great overnight getaway. Room very comfortable and clean. The Cove pub has excellent food and service and is very convenient. I would recommend taking an airboat ride available right there on site. It was a blast! For those Florida on a tankful lovers, this is a great stop.

We stayed here for a wedding at the venue across the street. Nancy was so awesome, she had a golf cart for us upon arrival and was communicative and wonderful with any issues. We’d definitely stay again!
