Place is just as described and shown in the photos. House is clean and had all items available as described. Quiet area, walkable to beach, restaurants, etc. One of the main reasons for choosing this place is that it is dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed Sondra's Yellow Beach House. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It came with everything as described and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, with the only real sounds were the calls of the Peacocks that roam wildly around the area, adding another wonderful feature that you won't find anywhere else. Sondra was great to work with as far as communications, she replied to all texts immediately. Recommend this home very highly!

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. This place was wonderful. It is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators, so we did have to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. Besides that, it is a straight 15 minute drive to historic St. Augustine. Beach access is also located on the property. The televisions are great and the property has fast internet. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lori's place. The location to everything is great and the view off the balcony is absolutely perfect. The beach access feels private it is so nice to be steps away to a beach that is not crowded. There was so much space for our family of 4. Pool and hot tub were easily accessible. We cannot wait to come back one day.

The house was well stocked and very clean. The pool was at a perfect temperature and also clean. Location was great, close to many restaurants and beaches. Great for a family vacation with little ones. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The only downside (to be expected) is the number of biting bugs in the morning/evening - there were no outdoor screened in areas, and there were a lot of raccoons that came into the backyard at night. Not a great place to spend nights outside, but this is discouraged by the host understandably, as the house is in a neighborhood with mostly locals. All in all it was a great experience and we would recommend it to friends/family, and stay again.

El apartamentico era un amor cuando llegamos, todo limpio, ordenado y con las amenidades necesarias y MAS. Solo me apago un poco la emoción que esperaba de tener VISTA AL MAR, y no...ES INTERIOR... No tienes esa vista que buscas..Por lo demas la playa y la localidad un colirio a los ojos. Espectacular 👌 🥰

Great location. Good amenities for the price. Dishwasher was not working and Anna got us a dish rack right away. Extremely communicative and timely in response.

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

Really good looking, clean, welcoming place and well located. Todd was always responsive and there to clear any questions or doubts. the check in was easy with clear instructions and it was overall a pleasure to stay here.

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

We loved the house except the waterpressure was very slow in the sinks and shower and there is no bathtub for bathing young children. The house is beautiful with nice accessories. Suggest, need to add more updated beach chairs and more porch furniture.

The place was clean and super nice. It was private and beautiful. It had some unique features such as the outdoor shower which we enjoyed. It felt like we were right at home. The host was always responsive with questions or concerns. We will definitely return.

Location was PERFECT. The condo was exactly as described, with plenty of available storage space and a spacious clean garage. Bedroom closets were more than big enough, linens and furniture were clean and kitchen had what we needed for the weekend. There was a lot of construction around the building with installation of a new pool right behind the unit but it didn't really disturb us. The walk to the beach is private and so convenient to come back to condo for lunch or breaks from the sun. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided and in good condition. My husband was really excited about the surfboard in one of the photos but was disappointed that is was not in the garage. We were able to rent one down the street for a reasonable cost though and had the best weekend relaxing at the beach.

We absolutely loved this place! Literally walk right to the beach in under a minute! Marks place was extremely clean, very organized and well thought out! I also noticed this particular section of the beach wasn’t very busy. I believe it’s due to it only being residential in the vicinity, which made for nice, peaceful and quiet days on the beach. we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a welcome card and some chocolates which made for a wonderful touch. Everything we needed was there and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Already planning when we can return again!!

What a beautiful home right on the uncrowded beach! We loved being within walking distance of restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The owners are thoughtful hosts who gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. But honestly, no one wanted to leave the house! Highly highly recommend this home for a family retreat.

The views are worth the price alone. We spent so many hours just sitting in the swings watching the waves come in. The beach is as close to private as you will find. On the days we got out, St Augustine is a straight drive about 20-25 minutes away. Perfect combination of seclusion with all the activities you could possibly want just a short drive away.
