We loved our time here. It’s spotless, incredibly comfortable and the best views. Absolutely perfect location and set up.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. Roomy place with amazing beach views and access. Place was exactly as the pictures showed and location was convenient if you wanted to check out both Clearwater or St Petersburg. Was also nice to be able to walk right out onto the beach if you wanted to stay put

Karen was a great host and her condo is very nice. Anyone looking for a quiet get away will enjoy staying here. If we return to Daytona Beach, we will definitely re-visit this location!

Loved the location! The beds were so comfy! Very clean! Right on the beach! Close to restaurants! Easy parking, easy to find, location great for getting around. Older unit, but clean and well maintained. great views! Would highly recommend and visit again. Melanie is responsive, and the location can’t be beat! 🌟

Great apartment, close to one pool and only 5 min walking to the beach. The complex even has 2 pools one being closer to the beach where we have been mostly alone during our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped. the apartment is on the street side but we did not hear anything inside, but on the balcony which was fine for us. AC and fans in the living and bedroom. All in all we had an amazing time here!

Clean, open space. Was plenty of room for 3 people and a dog. Convenient parking and beach access. Walking distance to many shops and dinner spots. Park across the street to take dog out. Pool was nice and warm even at night.

Ocean Villages is an excellent destination for all ages! My wife and I are in our FIFTIES and fell right in the middle of the age range. The properties amenities are exceptional including a brand new primary pool. We will be back next year!!!

Being close enough to hear the ocean was worth it all! Beautiful and well maintained property. The condo is much bigger than I thought it would be! It’s very roomy and a great place for families with children. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again! The beds were very comfortable and also having a tv in every room was great at night (when we weren’t walking the beach). This property also felt very safe which matters a lot to us! It was extremely close to restaurants and shopping and we also visited Washington Oaks Garden (it’s a must)! We spent a day in Daytona and a day in St. Augustine and enjoyed being in between both of those towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it!

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

This place was furnished perfectly ,easy access to the beach, walking distance to great restaurants and fabulous fish market. Nice quiet location. Neighbors are friendly and accommodating. You could not ask for anything more.

My boyfriend and I were celebrating his 30th birthday here in St. Augustine. We loved this location! So clean so cozy, easy short walk to the beach, private quiet area, great restaurants near by and downtown only 20 minutes away. Holly was amazing and accommodated an early check in for us and started our trip off right! Definitely will rebook this place again in the future!

Beautiful condo! Looks just like the pictures. I love that all the instructions provided were clear and concise. Very welcoming atmosphere, clean, organized, and stocked with tons of essentials. The area of the condo was extremely peaceful and private which we loved. I give this place 10/10 and will most definitely be coming back

1340 3A was a spectacular condo to stay in for our family vacation! The unit was incredibly spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was nearly perfectly supplied, only missing a blender. The unit was also supplied with beach towels as well as beach chairs and an umbrella. The location was great as it was walkable to several restaurants and shopping. My favorite part of the condo was the stunning views of both the gulf and the bay side. I’ve never stayed in a condo with views of both! I loved it! We would definitely stay here again!

This owner went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful. The location was fantastic and the condo was just as pictured. She had everything you needed and things you didn't even think about. Everyone was impressed. The accommodations were above and beyond. Its located right in the middle of everything and the view was amazing. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each other or enough space to be alone at times. The only negative was the balcony is open to the next one so not really private but nothing that owners could do about that. The unit was everything we expected and so much more.

We had a great time. Very very nice place to stay. Beach was right there. Not crowded even on the weekend. Just wonderful. Lots of seafood restaurants around the place. Very comfortable and large, enough space for 5 adults and one child. No hesitation in giving it 5 stars.

The place was great- very clean, exactly like the pictures, within walking distance of many restaurants and ice cream shops.

We stayed 3 nights at This Condo and loved it. Location was great, close to John's Pass area and easily drivable to most other places. The Condo was very clean and updated. Great view of the Gulf and beautiful beach. The two taller chairs on the patio was a nice addition as there was no need to gaze over the railing to see the stunning views. There was a nice pool and hot tub too on the property that was a nice change from the ocean. The whole property was very clean and well maintained.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!
