Thank you, we had a most lovely stay. It was exactly what we needed and as described, quiet, peaceful, relaxing, close to walks, beach, but far enough out of the hustle and bustle. We only saw one staffy 💜and when she greeted us she was lovely and friendly. Kitchen bathroom and entire apartment were pristine and had everything we could have needed. We ate out one night at a recommended restaurant by Matt and Sarah … Cocos at Terrigal and it was superb, we decided to stay in and cook the other. We found some time to sit by the pool and enjoyed listening to the birds with a glass of wine. We are feeling refreshed and would definitely stay again when in the area :)

Great place with beautiful water views. The location is very peaceful and quiet. The property had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. There’s a fantastic media and games area downstairs that we didn’t end up using as it was hard to pull ourselves away from sitting on the upstairs deck that overlooks the water! Fiona is a great host who was thoughtful and easy to communicate with. She left us a welcome pack of wine and snacks - and some items to cater for our dogs, which was lovely and all very appreciated. Our dogs were very relaxed at the property. Thanks for the opportunity to stay, Fiona. We highly recommend the property.

Beautiful little space, felt very welcomed by Mara and great communication. Space felt really nice and enjoyed all the little touches.

we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

As a large group we found the facilities to be excellent. The spa was clean and well maintained. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were also more than adequate for a large group. The area has a huge variety of water activities, shopping, nature, restaurants. The home is not easily accessed by the frail or the elderly due to the stairs and steep driveway but the view is amazing.

Pat was really responsive and very proactive in his communication with me! He recommended heaps of things to do in the area but also gave my family and I a great overall experience at his bungalow 🙂
