Absolutely fantastic local place to stay — spacious, spotlessly clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a holiday rental. The thoughtful personal touches like books, board games, fresh linen, and fluffy towels and the handy handbook made it feel extra special. Walking distance to beach and lake.

We had a fantastic stay at Kirsten and Paul's place in Tumbi Umbi. Beautiful spot which felt like the countryside but was also a stone's throw to everything the Central Coast has to offer. Loved it! The house itself was really well equipped with everything you could need for a few days away, some lovely touches and extras too. Thank you!

Monique’s place was be try peaceful and relaxing. Ours was large family gathering to celebrate birthdays and her place accommodated comfortably all 14 of us. The rear deck and bbq overlooking the creek was a very nice place to relax in the evening together.

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s. It was perfect for a family of four plus our puppy. The bathroom was really nicely renovated, kitchen well appointed and backyard perfectly enclosed for our puppy. The TV was also connected to Google Chrome allowing us to connect to all our streaming services. The house is an easy walk to the beach and lookout. Michelle was super responsive to any queries we had. We’d happily stay again.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

Kristina's place was charming and the listing was accurate. My favorite part is the outdoors space, where I listened to the birds and breathed fresh air. Kristina was very responsive throughout the booking process, and their check-in instructions was really clear. I had requested an early check-in due to my flight arrival time, and they communicated the details with me and let me know if it was possible. Luckily, it was, and it made the world of difference for my trip! For anyone that cares about this, the water pressure is amazing. Thank you Kristina!

What a delight The old schoolhouse was to spend time. Kerry and Peter were very welcoming and it was so easy. The schoolhouse is very comfortable and well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches. We loved all the history of the place and information provided. It was quiet and very relaxing. A short walk to beach and pub! The absolute best thing is Kerry and Peter kept our little doggo company when we attended our function. Highly recommend this lovely place and the hosts.

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

My family along with 2 other families stayed during the Easter break. The stay was pleasant as it was very spacious, comfortable and quiet with lots of things to do and enjoy. Most importantly, our kids enjoyed swimming, playing pool and ping pong. If there is another chance, we’ll definitely rebook this place. Sarah was also very responsive and made it easy to check in. Bonny"s place was perfect for our stay with our 2 golden retrievers. We were in driving distance to the beaches, parks and dog friendly cafes and restaurants. There was an enclosed backyard for our pets to play. The flats design, and flooring was pefect for our goldens. The cosy flat was large enough, one level and the floors were easy to keep clean. Bonny spoilt us with yummy human treats and little extras like an umbrella, eatery recommendations and a relaxing area to sit with view to a beautiful garden. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, soft and cosy, we slept extremely well 😴. Bonny was contactable and responded quickly to our questions. All these things made our stay very enjoyable. Had a lovely stay with my family. Feeding the horses every morning & having fun in the heated pool was just what we needed after our trip to Queensland was cancel due to the cyclone. Very good location, good communication and very easy to find.

Victoria was a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful in the lead up to our stay and upon arrival. The place is a great size, has great views and had everything we needed for a few days, great location, walking tracks nearby and only a 5 min drive to local restaurants, cafes and shops. The breakfast provided was also an awesome addition, thanks for having us!

Great beachhouse in amazing location to get easily to and from the flags at north avoca. Having a pool is a bonus that the kids loved. Kitchen well equiped and everything nice and clean and in good condition.

One of the few places that is exactly as described! This home was cosy, clean and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful views, short walk to the lake, a park and a nice walking trail and best of all, pet friendly! The hosts were lovely and thoughtful. Everything was labelled with clear instructions.

The house was beautiful and very conveniently located. The beach is just down the road and there is a small strip of cafes with a general store up the road. There was quite a bit of construction in the area which created some noise, but the area itself was lovely and made up for that. Would recommend for a group of adults or families looking for a quiet beach getaway.

We booked James' Place for a quick overnight get away and it was perfect. Close to everything. Easy to find. Great coffee shops and food nearby. Blue Bay is one of our favourite places to stay up the coast. Highly recommended.

We love staying in this beautiful little place. Neat and clean. Our little greyhound loved it too. Bob and Rita are very friendly and pro-active hosts. Their place is also so close to the beach. We had a great time. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Emily was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. The location was perfect, with everything we needed close by. I would definitely stay here again (have already booked another stay!) and highly recommend it to anyone.

Enjoyed the ambiance of the place. Unfortunately for us, our stay was as marred by very inclement and unpredictable weather conditions so we didn’t get to explore as much as we’d have liked. Debbie’s place was very pleasant, quiet and relaxing. Definitely recommend 😊
