We had such an amazing time here, you can really tell the owners put a lot of care into making this place a home away from home. Had everything we needed and more. Coming from a three day backpacking trip in Yosemite this was a much needed break. Breakfast and relaxing on the deck in the sun by the water listening to the birds, we were even surprised by 5 or 6 deer in the front yard the last morning, it was awesome. The house was very nice, had enough space for myself and eight friends, ample towels and bedding, all the cookware and supplies you could ask for, AC and heaters, they even had three boats we used to go fishing for a few hours in the morning. The lake was awesome, the ONLY negative here is the $50 entrance fee to the Pine Mountain Lake neighborhood. They do have amenities in PML that help make that worth it and the pass is for 7 days, but we didn’t have time to go check those out, oh well. Altogether this place was unforgettable and my friends and I can’t wait to come back!

The rock theme of the house was really cool. The landscaping of the house and the views were amazing. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a great view of the lake from the shower, very aesthetic. Clear and easy instructions for check in and check out. I love the huge DVD collection, lots of classics. And of course, the lake was so pretty and we had a blast kayaking. Overall beautiful location and we had a great stay!

Very nice area and house right on the lake. Our Grandson and daughter enjoyed the paddle boat and we had fun fishing. We didn’t catch anything and weren’t sure if there were any fish until a guy in a boat was catching fish by our dock. I’m sure as usual we weren’t using the right bait or lure. 12 year old grandson enjoyed playing basketball at the park nearby but the 7 year old was disappointed the play structure at the park was under construction. But there were other play structures nearby we could drive to.

We LOVE this cozy home right by the lake. It has everything you need! Great views and walking distance to a semi private beach area & dock. The house is clean and has all the amenities you would need for a family vacation. The swamp coolers keep the place cool, even in very hot weather. We cannot wait to go back!

This is a beautiful home located right on the water. The place was clean and the outside deck was a plus! The fridge made a loud buzzing noise during our stay but otherwise everything was perfect. 10/10 -- I'd recommend!

After having rented upwards of 20 homes in state and out through Airbnb And Vrbo, I can say with confidence that Charlene is one of the best hosts we have encountered so far. She was quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. The house was as advertised. Spacious, and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly return.

This home is stacked with amenities! We used the pool table, shuffleboard, kayaks and paddle boats quite a bit throughout. The bedrooms were comfortable and had enough space for all of our guests. The kitchen and living space is open concept, which makes hanging out in the common areas very easy! Highly recommend if you are looking for a fun group trip in the area!

Gorgeous location and super accommodating hosts! Traveling with little ones can be challenging and Melissa was considerate and accommodating to our needs.

Toni's & Philip's place was perfect. Seriously - clean, wonderful array of amenities in the kitchen, lovely garden backyard with bocce ball, clean, comfy bed, ample bathroom with great water pressure, clean, windows that open for fresh air, filtered water from the fridge, plenty of electrical outlets...and did I mention clean? You won't be disappointed. Walkable to restaurants and we found parking easy on the street. It's only 2 blocks from Golden Gate Park which, no matter how often I visit the area, always has something new to explore. Toni and Philip are the kind of people you wish to have as neighbors. They were attentive but not intrusive in any way. I would definitely seek this place out again in the future. Kudos to you, Toni & Philip, for creating such a lovely space!

Heidi’s place is one of my best air b n b experiences. Her house is clean comfortable, snacks and cookware made for an easy transition. The apartment was beautifully furnished and thoughtfully designed. It really feels like she cares about her guests and their experience. The unit is quiet and parking was always right in front. Really nice cafe nearby. Laundry mat was clean and easy to get a machine on the weekdays. I live in oakland but needed a place to stay for a month and it was a mini vacation staying by the lake. A few times I ran into Heidi as she was out walking her dog, she is a joy.

Loved this place! We’ve been traveling around a lot and seen too many lackluster Airbnbs so this unit was a breath of fresh air. The place was clean! It’s eclectic without being too crowded or busy. The kitchen table is cute, there are great books and lots of lovely stuff to look at. The kitchen is much better stocked than most and Bree was a breeze to communicate with. We needed to add an extra night and she made it super simple and responded quickly. It’s easy to walk the lake and get to restaurants on lakeshore or grand and also the farmers market on Saturdays. There are stairs but they help you get your steps in! We would easily stay here again!

A very comfortable to lay my head after long days. When I come back this way I will look them up first.

pleasant decor, all the amenities you could need (Laundromat just next door), friendly neighbors, soft bed, shower has great pressure and all the hot water, even some tequila in the cupboard! 😅 Only thing I could complain about is it gets HOT in there on a hot day but just open the doors and hit the fans. Oh and such nice gardening, fragrant flowers everywhere. Thanks Kyle!

Great location in the Westin with access to the amenities, including the pool/hot tub and gym. The place is well equipped and it was great for being close to the gondola and village. We would happily stay again. The unit itself was good for our family of 4. We have young kids so the pullout sofa worked for them, but I suspect it would be too uncomfortable and small for bigger kids or adults.

Apartment was clean and well furnished with many of the comforts of home including a well-equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and snacks. Adequate space for two and pet friendly. Great location, walkable to restaurants, Trader Joe's, banks, and movie theater. Adequate dining and work space. Quiet neighborhood. Host Claudia, was friendly, welcoming and accessible. Would definitely book again!

Easy check in, the house has everything you need, easy to use. Bathroom is great and the water pressure pretty good.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this property. Every part of this property is well thought out and impeccablably maintained. Upon arrival we were able to easily access the home. The gated entrance made us feel safe and secure the entire time. Our girls loved the freedom they had riding their scooters across the giant driveway and we loved knowing they were safe from street traffic. The house is immaculate and cozy. The garage opened up to be a bonus room that we spent hours playing in. The backyard is magical. The Kern River is right at your back door. We enjoyed many meals on the patio. Some notes: The neighbors can be a little sensitive to noise, which is understandable, so keep outdoor music low. The nearest grocery store is 20 a minute drive so come prepared. We loved the on-site chicken coop and really enjoyed the farm-fresh eggs provided upon arrival. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodate our requests. We hope to visit again.

Shannon and Sharon were amazing from the start. They provided local recommendations, hidden gem snow spots and much more. They accommodated us with an early check-in and later check-out. During our stay they were quick with communication as needed and made sure we were enjoying our stay. I highly recommend their cozy cabin/home for your weekend getaway!

Tom was an amazing host. He was flexible with check in time. Had Benjamin greet us and walk us through the property. He showed us where everything was. Made us feel right at home. The place was very clean and conveniently located. Walking distance to everything in town. I would come again and recommend to others

Very cute 1 bedroom cottage around the corner from June lake brewery. Dawn was very nice and greeted us when we arrived. Cottage was clean and very dog friendly which was really important to us. Very quiet and peaceful area. Can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful two-day weekend at this lovely Groveland home! It was a peaceful retreat nestled in a quiet neighborhood within the forest. It felt very serene and was conveniently located about a 40-minute drive from the Yosemite entrance. The house itself is spacious with plenty of beds. Everything felt very clean and newly renovated. Despite the late April snow during our visit, the house was incredibly warm and comfortable with the heating system and the fireplace kept us perfectly cozy throughout our stay. A major highlight for us, especially with the weather not being ideal for extensive outdoor activities, was how well-equipped the house was for staying in. We had so much fun playing table football and poker, and the well-equipped kitchen made it a joy to cook and enjoy meals together indoors. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and well-equipped place. It was a fantastic base for our trip and a great place to relax even when the weather didn't cooperate.
