Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).

The tiny home experience. Kitchen, living room, closets, bathroom, & lofted bedroom are all masterfully tucked into 232 sq ft. Attractive backyard space complete with bistro lighting, & a minimalist seasonal hot tub ( No chemicals, no jets. Freshwater on demand hot water). Just minutes away from shopping areas, downtown, and great restaurants. It's just half a block from a local grocery store. Nine minutes from newbo. Your hosts will be available to help you acclimate to the fun experience.

Cozy Cottage

Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in. Check out my other listing next door. 3 bed 2 bath if you need more space.

It is located within walking distance of Uptown Marion historic district and is a few blocks from HWY 100. A few blocks from your apartment are great boutiques, pubs and sports bars. The Marion Square across from the library is a great place for live entertainment on Thursday nights. Newbo District in Cedar Rapids is just a 17 min, Cedar Rapids Medquarter is a 15 min.
