Coffee, tea bags, sugar, mini fridge provided. No kitchen. Property abuts Pemi River with swimming hole. Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking. Cabin in the woods with amazing mountain views. Situated on 2.5 acres and surrounded on 3 sides with 30 additional steep wooded acres; peace and privacy. NOTE: winter driving will require snow tires or 4wheel drive as the house is on an incline road. Skiing, Snowboarding: - 25 minute drive to Loon Mountain - 25 minute drive to Waterville Valley (discounted lift tickets available) Cabin professionally cleaned between stays w/extra attn on high touch areas.

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
