Cleaning charge is a one-time fee. When renting to more than 6, each additional person is an additional $50 with an additional cleaning fee of $60. Parties under 6 may use bunkhouse for extra $60 cleaning fee.

This sunny, fully furnished garden-level apartment in a quiet neighborhood is close to everything. You're an easy walk to the University of Wyoming campus, stadium, Arena Auditorium, and the dorms. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.
