Wir verbrachten 6 tolle Tage in Monias Haus. Bereits die Fotos in der Beschreibung versprachen einiges. Aber als wir dort eintrafen, waren wir überwältigt. Das Haus, der Garten, die Sicht... ein Traum. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles äußerst sauber und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Durch die bodentiefen Fenster hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über den See. Auch haben wir den schönen Garten genossen. Dieser ist voll umzäunt, so dass wir unseren Hund bedenkenlos frei lassen konnten. Er fühlte sich beim Sonnenbaden auf dem Rasen sehr wohl und genoss den Aufenthalt genauso wie wir. Die Lage ist perfekt. So ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto unten am See in Gera Lario. Die Kommunikation mit Monia verlief von Anfang bis zum Ende reibungslos. Sie hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und ist sehr freundlich. Es war ein rundum perfekter Urlaub. Jederzeit gerne wieder....

Alles wie beschrieben. Tolles Haus mit tollem Garten. Für uns mit zwei Familien hat es perfekt gepasst, die Kinder haben den Garten und den Pool geliebt. Schöner Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, Bäcker direkt nebenan. Die angrenzende Hauptstraße ist laut, das war aber den bisherigen Bewertungen schon zu entnehmen.

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

One of the best views you can get. Even the pictures can not show how good it is. The house was very clean. The easiest check-in ever. Michele is a great host and answered to any question we had. Many thanks!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr gepflegten Außenanlagen für einen perfekten ruhigen Aufenthalt am Comer See! Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder :)

Alessandra (and her aunt!) were such great hosts, always helpful, responsive and super nice. The place itself was just beautiful - you have a super nice view of the lake from the bedroom balcony and see the mountain views from the garden/pool. Just beautiful:) we recommend a car to get around places, however you can also take great hikes/walks from the house. Alessandra also shared very nice local recommendations, that we appreciated! Thanks for everything! :)

Sensational views over the lake. This lovely detached house has beautiful spacious grounds, securely fenced, and everything in the house you need. Paolo, the host, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back. It was perfect, wish we could give it 6 stars ******.

Fabio war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war und sich sehr gekümmert hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Der Check-In war sehr einfach und wurde vom Gastgeber im Vorhinein sehr gut erklärt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat genau der Beschreibung entsprochen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, falls man nicht kochen möchte. Besonders empfehlen können wir das Frühstück unten im Hotel! 😊

Eine rundum empfehlenswerte Unterkunft: Top Lage: atemberaubender Blick auf den See • ruhig aber dennoch nur 5min zum Fährhafen und zu einem kleinen Supermarkt • 10min zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Menaggio • viele gute Restaurants in Menaggio, eines davon nur 3 min zu Fuß von der Unterkunft • mehrere Wanderrouten direkt von der Wohnung aus erreichbar • Menaggio ist auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit Boot oder Auto sehr gut geeignet Top Ausstattung: Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Teil einer Wohnanlage von ca. 20 Wohneinheiten, teils private Ferienwohnungen von Italienern, teils gewerbliche Apartments. Der Pool war im April noch geschlossen, es schien als würde der Bereich gerade saniert werden, so dass er im Sommer sicher ein guter Mehrwert ist. Top Gastgeber: Stefania war immer gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolute Empfehlung!

We had a great stay at Daniel's apartment in Flims over Easter. Daniel is a superb host who is very friendly, communicative and goes out of his way to make you feel at home (he even provided Easter chocolate for us on arrival, which was a nice touch!). The apartment itself was clean, well-located and was equipped with all the amenities we needed for the weekend. The incredible mountain views from the balcony were definitely a highlight, and the top-class pool/sauna facilities were great for unwinding after a long day of hiking. I would 100% recommend Daniel's if visiting Flims or the surrounding areas in Graubünden.

This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

Highly recommend this fantastic luxury apartment. It is private, quiet, with a short 10 min walk to the ferries, shops, and restaurants. Perfect get away to relax after a day in the cute Lake Como towns (e.g., Bellagio). Check in was easy and seamless despite our delayed arrival time. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly. Those of you that need strong AC this is the apartment for you with individual thermostats in each room. We enjoyed the patio's view of the lake and mountains each morning and evening. The sunrise was spectacular. Only wish we had more time to spend there. We will return for sure. Special thanks to Debra's daily check- ins and her concierge services! She made the experience extra exceptional. Thank you very much for contributing to a stress-free holiday.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Alles war genau so wie auf den Fotos. Die Aussicht aus Wohnung nr. 3 ist überragend und jeden Cent wert. Der Pool ist ein weiteres Highlight und eine absolute Seltenheit am Comer See. Alles war super sauber und die Kommunikation sowie An- und Abreise war problemlos. Ilaria war immer erreichbar und hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge in der Umgebung und bietet alles, was man braucht (Restaurant, Bushaltestelle und Lebensmittelladen direkt gegenüber). Wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

You can’t get a better view of Lake Como than right here. The patio was the star of this stay! We lucked out with great weather, so we didn’t even feel like we needed to go anywhere. It also felt incredibly safe and accessible for our baby. The hosts left us a crib, a bottle of amazing white wine, and plenty of soap and necessities for the kitchen/ bathroom. The only thing I will say is you definitely need a car, which the listing clearly states. The place is better than the pictures and the hosts were very attentive and provided us with lots of helpful information. Book your stay here!

Wunderschöne Gegend, traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See. Das Apartment ist perfekt für 2 Personen, ein Auto ist allerdings ratsam wegen der Lage. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, auch der SPA Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Host war auch sehr gut. Kommen gerne wieder!

We had great holidays in this beautiful and really clean house with everything you need.

Fantastic place if you want to stay secluded from the hustle bustle. The only way to get around is by a rental bike or car. We had a car and we like staying a little off the grid so it was apt for us. A 4m drive down to the Caddenabia pier to take the boats to other spots on the lake and a 6m drive up north to Mennagio. There is a grocery store down by the lake as well. From the house, you have superb views of Bellagio and Verrana. The kitchen is more than equipped. Just get your groceries and you’re all set. 1 room has an attached bathroom and the other is just outside the room. The pool and the deck were amazing as well. 2 big cars can be parked on the property. The host was fantastic. Always available, even on a Sunday and always with clear instructions. Will definitely want to visit again.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la maison, qui est très agréable. La piscine est un vrai plus pour les journées chaudes et les enfants qui en ont bien profité. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Elle est située dans une zone résidentielle agréable et calme, entourée de montagnes et de forêts. A proximité de la maison, il y a une pizzeria et un restaurant, ainsi qu'un bar. La pizzeria est simple et bonne, le restaurant propose des plats typiques de la région - dans les 2 cas il faut réserver en aout. Pour les commerces, il faut prendre la voiture et aller au centre de Colico ou à l'hypermarché plus loin (10 min). La boucherie de Colico est très bien, et il y a un primeur en face. La plage accessible a pied est très jolie et naturelle. Enfin, il est possible de prendre le train juste à côté de la maison pour visiter Varenna et les autres villages et c'est sans doute le moyen le plus pratique !

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Literally PARADISE!!! I’m almost tempted to NOT leave a review so other people don’t know about this place haha The home is private, comfortable, charming and super cute. Loved staying here for a week, i could even stay for a MONTH!!! Things to note!! 1) Not walkable to anything so be sure that’s okay with you — also, rent a car!!! 2) house is adorable but no AC (was totally fine for us in early June - not too hot yet) 3) bring your own towels! Kinda silly but it is a being your own towel or a 5 euro charge per set to borrow Overall will definitely be back!

Es war alles super, wir haben uns trotz etwas Regen sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Zeit in der Wohnung mit Sauna & Dampfpad genießen.
