For everyone, the house (duplex) is fully equipped with a fireplace, BBQ, hot tub central gas heat and central AC. This is a bright, clean and cozy space to land for folks who love the suburbs (not in the city city but we are close drive to the city center) but want to be surrounded by nature. With ambient noise from the creek and highway.

We offer a 525 sq.ft. private, studio apartment built in 1950 in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is separate from our home & has its own staircase. There's a full kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with a view of the Coast Range Mountains. NW Portland is just 5 miles over the West Hills where you'll find many unique restaurants and shops. We're just 1.8 miles from St. Vincent Hospital, 3.4 miles from Nike, and nine miles from Intel .

Charming Quiet Backyard Cottage

Our little cottage is 280sqft with its own entrance and parking. It is a studio with a kitchenette and features a full bathroom with a large shower. We have a full size Murphy bed for 2 as well as a sofa. Our bernedoodle, Alyena, and our cats are always eager to welcome you. The dog is quite vocal but super friendly and just wants you to throw the ball for her, preferably all day long. We’re flexible about check in, just message us.
