Corinna is very friendly and outgoing. She is more than happy to recommend activities and restaurants. She has thought of everything that someone would need or want and then goes ABOVE that. (I LOVED the heated toilet seat!) Everything is as represented in the pics and is in pristine condition. We were here for 4 nights during a get-away to see the area and visit with an elderly uncle. We enjoyed the hot tub and took the paddleboat out. I wish we would have stayed longer to have more time to enjoy hanging out at the house. I hope to come back to La Casita soon.

2nd visit and just as good as the 1st visit. Very well appointed, with everything needed for a nice visit. Animals on farm are just a bonus for hours of enjoyment.

Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

Cheryl was very nice, responsive, and her thorough instructions were very helpful. Most important to me, the house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utencils, and the bedding was very nice. We all had a lovely time fishing on the dock, kayking, and boating down the river. We explored Homosassa Springs, Rainbow Springs and several other Florida attractions. The whole family had a lot of fun!

As a horse person - I figured I would really enjoy staying at a horse farm. Some may think a horse farm cottage would be too rustic or smell like horses… not this place! Absolutely gorgeous interior design with everything that I would need for my stay. Very clean & comfy! The kitchen is nicer than the one I have in my house and I was really sad that I had to leave. The views of the horses in their paddocks really added to my love for this property. I whole heartedly recommend this cottage for horse & non-horse lovers 😊😊😊

This was perfect for my best friends and I to have an awesome weekend reunion. I moved out of the area over a year ago and it was a perfect spot to spend time with those I love and miss the most. We had gone to the dam (recreation area less than a mile away) when we were kids and it was really neat to visit it again more than 20 years later. The beautiful view from the backyard was incredible and the sunsets looked more like paintings than pictures. Our gracious hosts were accommodating for my dogs, which was a necessity. The grill was in great shape, the beds were comfortable, and there’s a big tub in the master bathroom that the youngest child was ecstatic for. The tv met everyone’s needs and the WiFi was decent. If it’s available for our next reunion, then it will become a tradition. Thank you for lending us your home for this unforgettable weekend of gingerbread houses, fishing, Christmas movies, good music, and cooking great food with friends and family!

Cute small house in convenient location for WEC and HITS. Great kitchen and comfortable living room/bedroom. The neighborhood is definitely developing (didn’t feel incredibly comfortable coming back in the dark), but that is typical for Ocala outside the gated communities. Overall a great stay and listing is on point!

Kristina and Beth, who managed the property, were the kindest and most pleasant hosts. They made us feel right at home and let us wander around the property anytime we liked. The horses, cows, chickens, and especially the dogs, were so much fun. We could interact with them as little or as much as we preferred. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. We had a fabulous time! It was a great peaceful getaway and we can't wait to come back! One of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

Our 2nd one month stay at this lovely cottage. It's an excellent location on a channel to access Lake Henderson. Perfect for bass fishing. The home is clean and comfortable. It's spacious and was perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen is organized and well stocked . We enjoyed the patio, particularly the newly installed gazebo which provided shade during sunny days. The view from the patio is relaxing and perfect for sunrises. Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It's an easy 3 mile ride down 44 sidewalk to get to the Withlachoochee Bike Trail. Spent many hours fishing. Every Monday we'd make the the 45 minute drive to the Webster Flea Market (excellent stop for produce) then stop for lunch at Big Bass Grill on Lake Panasoffkee. Easy drive to Winn Dixie. Would absoulutely stay again,

Shannon’s place was so cozy!! It was so clean and decorated so well. The location was close to restaurants and being right on the canal was so convenient. We were able to paddle Monkey Island. Shannon was a phenomenal host. She made sure we were taken care of and was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend the apartment, nice backyard directly at the water. Beautifully renovated bath- and bedrooms. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. Hosts were reachable and very supportive. Perfect for a weekend-escape into the green!

This was a home run. My wife and I needed to get away from the stress of everyday life, suburbia and just see a different landscape. This checked ALL of the boxes and then some. When we talk retirement, this is what we want.

Enjoyed the stay, the wildlife, and seeing the sandhill cranes every morning and evening was a plus.

Stayed here for 3 nights while we in the area. Super cute very clean modern updated interior. Kitchen is good size with everything you might need. Easy TV to stream all the apps. Very nice big back porch with peaceful view of huge trees. Across the street are horses in fields and that is great too. 10 minutes to Silver Springs, 20 minutes from cute downtown Ocala with lots of restaurants, 30 minutes to Gainesville. Would definitely recommend!

Loved using the Kayaks ! Beautiful area! Visiting family close by , the home had everything we needed to have Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful time at Jim & Wendy’s! It was the cutest little cottage, had a nice outdoor area to hang out, and was super clean! It was stocked with coffee and granola bars which came in handy because we got up early to swim with the manatees. All around a wonderful trip and I would absolutely recommend the cottage for any couples coming to visit crystal river!

I enjoyed my stay very much. I would sit down near the water or inside looki g out big front windows in the big comfy chairs and watch whatever was going on. it was very quite. reminded me of when I was younger at our grandparents camp on the water. Ruthann was in contact with me when she was notified that internet went down. checked in to see how my stay was going. check in was very easy. I would stay again. thank you to great hosts. 😊 Suzanne
